We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

Heres my honest review as this is my first time planning a DIY trip as Malaysian Muslim couple while staying here for 5days early-mid December 2025 Although, we have language barrier for communication but we communicate using google translate. Whatever it is as long as we can understand, they also understand what you are trying to say Transport: They provides transport from airport to the hotel as long as you inform them thru trip.com message. They replied reaaaaally fast. Just tell them when you are arrive to the airport and when you are catching the flight. They will send you to the airport. Its included in their package. Everyday, we took free bus shuttle to the chuansa station from Line 2. You can go anywhere from this metro station. We went to East Nanjiang Station almost everyday. Just tell them 1 hour before you want to catch the bus. Look at their bus timing at the counter. Also tell them as well when you want to go back to the hotel. They will send free bus shuttle from station to the hotel. If you miss the last bus, you can just catch Didi (Grab or Uber in China). We also went to Disneyland on our 3rd day. They provide bus to go to the disneyland and go back to the hotel. Heres my “non related to the hotel” advice: choose middle entrance. Bring your own ready to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner cuz theres no way you find halal food when you are traveling in budget especially for this day. Hotel: They have bidet in the toilet. Find the button beside toilet seat. You may not find the photo but i stayed here, they have bidet. You can also ordered taobao and send to their hotel address. Just inform them that you are expecting some parcel but once you arrived to the hotel, you find your own parcel. Check last 4 digit on order id or your name on the parcel. Theres no food or store around the hotel, so better get anything from the city before you went back to the hotel. Good thing is, its very peaceful to stay here. Here are apps that helps me during the trip: Alipay (compulsory), AMAP for maps, they have in English language, Wechat for communication (esp going back from Disneyland) Halal food we had and takeaway during the trip 1)Guanguanji from (Zhejiang road) 2)Idk what the store called but its between Apple store and a building at East Nanjiang road station Exit 2. 3) the rest i searched halal in mandarin, copy paste translation and search in AMAP. Very useful Conclusion, if i come to shanghai again, i will choose this hotel. Budget friendly, best service

Chose this place for our Shanghai Disneyland trip, and it exceeded expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, so close to Disney, and the owner even offers free shuttle service, which is a lifesaver when you're tired from playing. The small courtyard has a charming Suzhou garden style with a fish pond and swing, which the kids absolutely loved. The rooms are clean and tidy, with various themes, and the smart devices are super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious too. We'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

Spent a whole day exploring Shanghai, and it was super convenient to get everywhere with my four roommates. For lunch, we devoured lamb skewers, beef potstickers, lamb and carrot buns, lamb pilaf, and dry-pot potatoes at Guanguanji—a serious carb overload! Afterward, we walked around two floors of Bailian, took a 20-minute break, then grabbed some bubble tea to recharge. We then tackled five more floors, rested for an hour on the sixth, and then hit the pedestrian street. We browsed Miniso, then the M&M's store. By the time we got to the Gundam store and started on three more floors, we were completely exhausted! We rushed through the remaining three floors, only to find no seating on the sixth floor, and then none on B1 either. So we went outside and rested for 20 minutes, ordered some takeout, and now we're finally relaxing.

Great based to explore shanghai with beautiful view from the windows. Secluded so its peaceful when you need rest but close enough to all to the bund, 3 warehouse, longtime ago, nanjing street etc. Definitely recommended. We arrived early in the morning and can leave our luggage in the office before check in time. As side note this is not a brand new place but cleanliness and facilities is good. You have everything needed for the stay like utensil, microwave etc. Fresh towel provided everyday. Good for family stay

Nanchang Road is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Shanghai, featuring old European-style houses. It's a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, yet still very close to Huaihai Middle Road, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring trendy boutiques. The host and staff were incredibly friendly. I accidentally had a package delivered to the wrong address, and they helped me track it down and left it at my door. Check-in and check-out were smooth, they answered all my questions, and even provided great local food recommendations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The room was very clean and spacious, and getting around was super convenient. The subway station is less than 200 meters away, and it's close to all the attractions around Nanjing Road, especially Suzhou Creek, Vanke Mall, and Joy City, which are all nearby.

I chose this place purely for its location this time. It's only a five-minute walk from the subway station, which makes getting everywhere super convenient and saved me a lot on taxi fares. Check-in was smooth too; I'd already completed the process on my phone beforehand, so I just used a password to open the door when I arrived. The room window faces Suzhou Creek, and it looks beautiful when lit up at night. There's a convenience store downstairs. If you're planning on exploring Shanghai extensively and prioritize convenient transportation, you can't go wrong with this apartment.

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points
