The room is very clean, the decoration is very new, the bathing facilities are particularly good, the toilet is automatic, the toilet seat is heated, and the intelligent voice Xiaoou housekeeper can turn off the light with one click, and the curtains will be turned into automatic when pulled. The bath water temperature is very stable. Our room has an oversized bathtub. The baby takes a bath every day and is very happy. There is an aunt who is responsible for making breakfast and arranging the car to Disney, and the aunt is particularly responsible. The driver of the pick-up, Master Jiang, is also very responsible. I will stay here next time I come to Disney.

This homestay looks exactly like in the photo and I mean it. It has everything mentioned (washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, 4 slippers, 6 towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hot water shower, bath wash and shampoo. There is also a dehumidifier. The aircon is only for the first floor and it is very cool. For the second floor, there is a bed with no aircon, but there is standing rotating fan which is sufficient for two ppl to sleep at night. The location is easy to find and it is inside a quiet 'nong tang'. Before you go there (2 days before), you MUST WeChat msg them to ask for the specific address and ways to get there. Their WeChat ID is basically the phone number provided (just search the phone number on WeChat; without '+86' and send friend request to 'Ryan'). Their location is very near a hospital (at first, your taxi driver may drop you off at the hospital, which is okay too. It is walkable distance to the homestay.) Very easy check-in procedure with digital passcode door lock. The place is very clean and white. There is limited space to walk around though, but we are fine with it (4 adults) as the price is already reasonable. They provide 'cloth hangers' for you to hang your clothes after you wash your clothes. They provide dish wash liquid, tissue and some basic kitchen utensils like 4 plates, 4 cups, spoon, chopsticks, knifes, scissors. Do bring your own laundry detergent/powder (they did provide but just in case it ran out). The place is near two hospitals and there are quite a lot of eateries nearby. Tips: We recommend you to set the 'main entrance' as your 'home' on the Alipay Didi so that your Didi will drop you off right at the main entrance.

The location is very good, very close to the ancient town. There are also small shops and restaurants nearby. It is very clean. I like the decoration of the ancient buildings. There are many fish in the garden of the small courtyard. It has the atmosphere of a private ancient house. It is not like staying in a hotel, but like living in a hotel. It feels like a friend's home. It's a great experience. Foreign friends think the service is particularly good.

It was my first time to book a B&B. I was a little skeptical when I saw such high reviews. But after I came here, I felt that it was really worth such a high rating. The boss was really enthusiastic! The room was very clean, and the overall white color gave people a bright feeling. It was very close to Disneyland, especially when I came back from Disneyland. I went to Disneyland in several countries and six times. This shuttle service had the clearest route. I found the shuttle bus right away. It was the first time I came back to the B&B from Disneyland so quickly. If I come to Disneyland again next time, I will choose this B&B again!

Very good. I am very satisfied. Exclusive Disneyland shuttle bus: pick up in the morning and pick up in the evening. There are two buses at each time period. Facilities: Very good Hygiene: Very clean, just like a business hotel Environment: The room is very big, very clean, and the stay is very comfortable. Service: The lady at the front desk was very nice. When I checked in, I mentioned that the soundproofing was not good. I don’t know if our room was too inside. I stayed there for two nights and was not disturbed at all.

Stayed for 3 nights Good reviews 1. The location is very convenient, you can walk to Yu Garden, and take a taxi for a few kilometers to Xintiandi, Tianzifang, and the Bund 2. The night view of the living room is very beautiful, facing the Oriental Pearl Tower and Yu Garden 3. The house is as beautiful and spacious as the photos 4. The waiter/landlord is friendly To be improved 1. The bed is very hard, like a wooden board 2. Check-in - This is a self-service check-in. We are foreigners, and self-service check-in is common in foreign countries. Usually the landlord will explain how to check in a few days in advance. The landlord only notified us how to check in the day before we checked in, and I contacted the landlord first, not the landlord contacted me in advance to inform. After explaining the check-in, we arrived and found that the elevator required an elevator card to ride. We have elderly people, children, and 6 pieces of luggage in the elevator before we found that it could not be used. We asked the security guard on the first floor and found that we needed an elevator card. I contacted the landlord, and the landlord told me where the elevator card room is and how to use it. It is recommended that the landlord inform the room of detailed check-in, wifi password, etc. a few days in advance 3. The suite can accommodate 6 people. There were exactly 6 of us. We only got 1 elevator card, which was inconvenient. At least 2-3 cards are provided for 6 people. I asked the landlord later and got 2 elevator cards. Overall, this apartment is worth recommending. I hope the landlord can handle the check-in process, the number of elevator cards, and improve the hard bed.

The place of super comfortable and cozy. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside a bedroom and another outside in the common space. The kitchen is complete for basic need. the bathroom also has a washing machine. the bathroom also has heated fans so you wont be freezing when you get out of the shower. The bathroom floors however are slippery so use the rubber slippers that are provided when taking a shower. Had the best sleep of my life here as the beds are so comfortable. the sofa is so big that it can seat 6-8 people. The big projector is cool though, but didnt have the chance to use it as everything is in chinese and seems like watching here needs to be a paid subscription. Our unit was only located in the ground floor so elders and pregnant women wont have any difficulties. the area is quiet. There is a ***** nearby where you can dine and drink coffee. there's also a park a few steps away where you can walk, jog and relax. A bit far from the metro, around 600m, but being accompanied by 3 seniors, they didnt seem to mind. The hosts are very responsive and very helpful. overall, this is a really great find and i would really book again when i come back to Shanghai

This was a great place to stay . Henry contacted me immediately and sent me all the necessary Details . The community is right across from Charlie’s a decent burger place in Shanghai and their alcoholic milkshakes are to die for . So if you’re hungry there’s always a place to eat . You need to walk a little bit however it wasn’t difficult to find . The apartment was heated and it had ample lighting . Cosy and great for families or a group of friends. You can. Order in delicious food or head out near Jianghan temple to find amazing places to eat . The location is great and easily accessible by public transport . A lot of stuff to do around here. You won’t be bored . The rooms are spacious , and well lit . Except the tiny room . That has a small window . The kitchen was handy for making light snacks . Would recommend this place to people

Location: the location is really close to Shanghai Disney and you can get a DiDi there easily. It’s too far out of town for Sherpa deliveries, which I was very sad about. Cleanliness: For reasons that will be addressed later. They were forced to change my room and I think/hope the room I was given had not been cleaned because they weren’t expecting to use it. So I’m trying not to comment too much on it. It wasn’t great though. Facilities: Everything looks really shiny and newly built, I wonder how good upkeep will be. The bed was hard by foreign standards. I think a Chinese person would’ve been fine, but I was SORE. The pool is clean and easily accessible. The bus they arranged went quite early and I ended up hanging around Starbucks for 2 hours. Accessibility: I reserved a room on the 1st/2nd floor and didn’t think that would be a problem. I forgot this is China and elevators are rare for two story buildings. I had to have my room switched due to a recent knee injury and my 60 lb luggage. It seems like a pain for a family to have to take multiple people’s luggage up the stairs, but I guess it depends how long they plan to stay. I don’t know. It was fine.
