Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, offering a perfect retreat after a day exploring Jiuzhaigou. I’m very happy with the accommodation I picked. Firstly, their service is remarkable, they offer complementary pick-up and drop-off service from the bus stops and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Next, it would be the availability of winter jackets for loan, I did not come prepared for 10 degree Celsius weather but thankfully they had jackets for me which I thought was really kind of them to provide it for free. I would highly recommend this Inn if you were to come to Jiuzhaigou.

We had a great stay at Rezen. The location is 5' walk to the scenic spot. There are many food options nearby like McDonald's, Mina hotpot and local restaurants. Hotels provide toothbrushes and gifts for my kids. Amenities provided including facial masks, toothbrushes, combs and razors. The room is clean and the hotel smells nice. There is laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Breakfast options are 👍. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange transfers between the hotel and huanglong station at a good price. Overall, we had a great stay at Rezen.

Beautiful room and hotel with an amazing view. The food (dinner and breakfast) was also very good. But most of all the staff was super helpful and kind to us foreigners travelling in Sichuan. They helped us organise transportation to our next step ! Thanks a lot !

This was an interesting hotel. It is in the ChongPing gorge so a little bit complicated to get to. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle service to pick you up from the outside of ChongPing. Reception staff are very attentive and welcoming. The room was nice as and well furnished. They are doing construction so the building being constructed takes away from the view, but the mountain is still visible from the rooms and the roof, and a couple of minute walk gets you a clean view.

The room we booked was big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location was awesome as the metro is just a short 2 to 3 mins walk from the hotel and attraction like TaiKooLi and IFS is right beside which is very convenient. We were also very impressed by the butler service by 花花，土豆，彬彬and曾曾 who took care of us during our stay there. Special mention to 花花 and 土豆 who assisted us to retrieve a bag that we left behind on an airport transfer. Breakfast is ok which will be served in the room and service beings at 8am. The hotel is also able to keep our luggages during our 3d2n trip to 九寨沟. Definitely recommend travellers to stay at this accommodation!

Service: The day before check-in, the housekeeper will call and set up a service group. All questions will be answered and responded promptly~ The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: In fact, it is not just the pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area. I saw some friends who were too late to catch the bus, and the boss also helped to send them. Sincerity is always a killer move! Secondly, I still have to praise the pick-up and drop-off service at the scenic area. Jiuzhaigou is already a very mature scenic area, and there are really a lot of cars at the entrance. Summer vacation is also the rainy season. The rain will come and go, and it is hard to say how big it will be... The pick-up and drop-off is a timely help for the elderly and children. The service can be said to be very thoughtful. Facilities: The homestay is new, it can be said to be very designed and tasteful, the details are very attractive, the toiletries customized by niche brands~smart bathroom~and the water is quite stable. Check-in snacks~and the breakfast and dinner of the homestay are all worth praising! I hope you will maintain your level in the future and get better and better~~Zaxi Delek

What we liked - Comfortable big room, heated bed is very useful for cold nights, oxygen canister in the room (must pay for use), hot water available for shower. Room and bedsheets are clean. Shower gel shampoo and toothbrush kit all provided. Contacted the owner of the hotel for some advice he was fast and friendly and helped us with transport around the town and getting back to Chengdu etc. What we didn't like - the room ceiling we had is a retractable ceiling, it got stuck for 2 nights. Breakfast could be improved - 2 eggs each would be nice, and some toast with peanut butter and jam? Mantou is not everyone's thing.

Great service by the lady owner. The location is very strategic too, aka walkable distance to the entrance of the park. 1 only downside is that they use disposable towels which are super thin and not water absorbent. Luckily they allowed us to take new ones everyday.

This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.
