"The staff was the highlight of the place, everyone was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to help sorting any doubts, providing tips or comply engaging in a friendly conversation. It’s also a great place for a remote worker like me since they offer a small coworking space with enough seats and internet connection. The location is great, 7 minutes walking from metro station, 10 min from odori park and all the main hot spots from Suzukino and Odori. The only downside is having the showers in a different floor, specially when it’s negative degrees. But yet the showers and kitchen offered everything that was needed."

"1. **Location** From Sapporo Station, it's about a 20-minute walk through the underground passage. You'll exit near Mega Don Quijote and find the hotel just one block away. Being right in the middle of the shopping district makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. 2. **Facilities** The capsule itself is quite spacious – I could even fit my carry-on suitcase inside. There's a locker-like compartment within the capsule, which is great for storing valuables. On the 3rd floor where I stayed, there were two shower rooms, and the restrooms were separated for men, women, and also a unisex option. The shower rooms were a bit small, but they provided basic amenities like body wash and shampoo. The hallway temperature was comfortable due to constant air conditioning, but the capsule itself got quite chilly in the early morning. I tend to get hot easily, so if I felt cold, others might find it quite uncomfortable. It was nice to have a small snack area on the second floor. 3. **Service** Check-in was on the second floor, and the staff spoke decent English, which was a plus. I paid a 300 yen accommodation tax upon check-in. 4. **Other** With quite a few capsules on one floor, I was worried the shower rooms would be crowded. However, surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all, perhaps because people naturally used them at different times. Overall, it's a perfectly decent capsule hotel for solo travelers on a budget."

The house design is beautiful, but the location is a bit far unless you have a car. The guesthouse serves food, and you can mingle with other guests. You can also play with the cats, though be careful with the three-legged one. The room is clean and comfortable.

You will feel comfy and relaxed, like sitting and slaying at your home. We're 4 pax and stayed 1 night, but feel hommy and humble in everything here. Our room can fit 4-6 pax. Pls enjoy here if you love English country style!!

Trip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search. I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste. (Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium) That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind) 7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though). They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy. The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay. Overall good stay. Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

This is the first hostel I ever tried, personally they just aren’t for me so it’s difficult to review this place. Hearing other people snoring like chainsaws and making noise rustling bags well into the night and having phone conversations at 6am made me unable to get a good nights sleep both nights I stayed here. It’s not necessarily the hostels fault that other guests are crap but I will likely never stay in a hostel again after this experience. At least the location wasn’t bad I guess, and the staff (when they were there) seemed nice.

Family room is very large and there is a attic floor room with refrigerator shower and toilet separation very clean no smell very quiet there is a laundry room with a dryer there are other Japanese tourists staying on the same day the boss is very good and very happy to help you can make an appointment to pick you up to the station or Wen Quanjie at night, we took a boat to watch the fireworks at night at 9:20. The boss also helped us to pick us up at that time. There are three hiking routes next to the hotel. There are two short ones. It takes more than half an hour to go back and forth. In the morning, we slowly walked to the Jinbiluo Fire Exit Observatory. The raw sika deer was curious and cautiously observed for a while, and then twisted around. It jumped into the planting on the side of the road and disappeared. It had unexpected benefits. According to the boss, there are actually many deer here. You can overlook Lake Toya and the hot spring block and the pool of green mountains. Water (small fire mouth) The boss warmly invited us to come again in winter. I want to come to the snow scene to win.

Stayed two nights at this hostel. The room was clean and quite spacious. We were a little surprised that we had to put on the bed sheet liners ourselves, but we understood that it is part of the hostel’s culture and regulations, so it was fine for us. The shared toilets were clean and well maintained for all guests. However, the main disappointment was that the hostel’s air conditioning was not working properly on the second night, unlike the first night. The room became very humid and stuffy, making it difficult for us to fall asleep even after informing the hostel reception.

It was great. The service was amazing and I was able to store my luggage even after checkout. I opted to pay 1000 yen to check out at 12pm rather than 10am because it was rainy and I was tired. The public facilities are great and everything was clean. The bed area was a little narrow however, and the bed a little bit harder than in most hostels I’ve been to, but I appreciated the little lockable box they had to keep my expensive belongings safe while I was away from the room. The AC was functioning so it wasn’t too hot despite being 8 in the room. I’d stay here again, especially considering the price and location and facilities. They also give you a free drink ticket for their nearby associate bar (drinks were cheap regardless) and I was able to meet some nice like-minded travellers.

Incredible value for money stay in the heart of Sapporo. I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before which made me hesitant to book this hotel, however I am so glad that I chose it. The location is unbeatable, in the very heart of Sapporo, in Susukino district. There is an endless amount of izakaya and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. The onsen and sauna was the best I have visited in Japan so far. I have heard the sauna is famous across Japan, and I can see why. It is kept impeccably clean and the entire facility is well maintained. The amenities such as unlimited towels, toothbrushes, razors and hair products are a great touch too. The capsule hotel itself was great, like the rest of the property, spotless clean and well kept. Despite being a capsule hotel, I heard no snoring for disturbance during the night. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. Upon checkout, I requested to book again due to my great experience.
