Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

Clean and tidy. Very convenient as we can just park in front of the house. Two supermarkets nearby. With heaters. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cooking utensils are basic but sufficient. Very value for money.

It’s an air B & B. Overall a nice stay, the problem was not the the apartment, it’s Trip.com service failed me. I booked it here, but they didn’t give the owner any of my details, so the owner couldn’t contact me for check in details at all. I didn’t know it’s an air B&B, I tuned up at the office after hours, only found it’s closed. Then I realized it’s actual address was not the office address, so I went to the apartment, also no one there, of course no one, it’s an airB&B, I was the only one staying that night, luckily I got the owner’s number and rang, warmed you, it’s after 7:30 pm, I was lucky to get hold of her the second time. Then she told me whoever booked the room for me, never give her any details of me. How does that work Trip.com?

Walking distance to Battery Point, the pier and Salamanca Market. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Closest supermarket is Salamaca Market, a little pricier than Woolworth's which is a 20 mins walk. Can see the room is aged, but it is well maintained and clean. Kitchen is quite equipped for cooking. Lovely and accommodating staff. Laundry costs about $6 and located on the ground floor.

7/6/2026 This is our first visit to Hobart and we love it. Thanks to The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel, super good location, with complete kitchen and laundry facilities, our trip was perfect.Laundry powder is provided everyday, however there isn’t any cooking oil or salt/pepper provided. Hair dryer and iron / iron boarded is provided too

The staff is so nice and very helpful, we check in at night and the staff help us a lot. Our room is spacious with kitchen, clean and tidy. Location is great with lots of outdoor equipment shops and very close to woolworths, there are some awesome cafe close by, very enjoyable. We will back again definitely.

The hotel is conveniently located near Launceston city center, about a 10-minute walk away. It's also very convenient for those driving, as there are parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. You can request a reserved spot from the reception staff for around HKD 50 per day. The hotel is situated next to the yacht marina, so even city view rooms might offer a glimpse of the marina and river. The rooms are very spacious, featuring a large living room, a big sofa, and a large bedroom. There are also kitchen utensils for self-catering. Downstairs, there are several restaurants that are popular with locals and offer good food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window.

Very exquisite sea view hotel, the scenery is beautiful, the super close sea view makes people feel like they are in the cabin. Next to it is the famous lobster restaurant, not far from all attractions.

The check-in service is only from 8 am to 8 pm. We arrived at around 9 pm and it took a lot of effort to check in by ourselves. We had to make a phone call, provide card information, and open a wallet. Friends who check in late should make sure to receive an email informing them how to self-check in. There are no other service facilities. After all, it is an apartment. The design of the apartment is very spacious, and the water is hot enough. You can wash clothes in the washing machine in the room, and there is laundry detergent/washing powder. The location is very good, very close to Salamanca Market / Brooke Street Pier, and very quiet at night. The cleanliness is okay and acceptable.
