On a business trip to Hohhot. **Facilities**: The facilities are complete, and the hotel is quite new. The room is very spacious with a great view. Everything you need is in the room. **Hygiene**: The hygiene is excellent, very clean and comfortable. **Environment**: The environment is great; the hotel is located in a very bustling area of the city, with a plaza and everything around. **Service**: The hotel service is excellent and very thoughtful. This was a very good experience.

The unique structure of the accommodation and the friendliness of the owner/staff was the highlight of the place. It was a low season towards end of Sep so there were not many customers at the resort, but we were greeted with warm smiles. There is a skyline window that can be opened up to see the night sky and stars, and also provided with Gatlin firework to play which were fabulous! The breakfast in the morning was also great as it is prepared individually so we don't end up wasting food. We booked the double bedroom unit but unfortunately the staff didn't inform us that we had to use the shower separately in order to maintain the hot water and pressure as both showers share the same. Also we were not used to how the air-con/heater works so the temp went up to 31 deg at around 3am and we had to open the side door to let in cold air.

Clean room with a large bed for an inexpensive price, in good location. The hotel is on the sixth floor of an unassuming building, and there are no signboards anywhere, so it's best to ask around. I asked in a nearby shop and someone helped me to find it. The staff were very friendly. There was a deposit I had to pay. My room didn't have windows, so it got a bit stuffy. I asked if I could get an electric fan, but they didn't have any. I was overall very happy with the stay.

My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations! What impressed me most was the projector in the room. The picture quality was crystal clear, and the sound system was excellent, making watching movies while snuggled in bed feel like having a private cinema. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. The bed linens were spotless white and odorless, and you could walk barefoot on the bathroom tiles without picking up any dust. Even the remote control was wiped perfectly clean, which made me feel completely at ease during my stay. Definitely superb value for money!

Very nice and clean room, with a nice shower and soap etc. provided. Nice and helpful staff, we could leave our backpacks there for two days. Location close to southern railway station. However, it's very hard to find the place. Amap sends you only close to it. No sign or anything outside. You have to go from the square into a backyard (in the tunnel close to the nike store) and there you can find a hotel around the corner. But this is not the hotel you are looking for. The lady in the lobby tried to send us away. Turns out, you have to take the elevator from that other hotel's lobby to the 6th level to find this hotel. Better directions would be helpful.

[Color] The treasure discovery of this trip! The owner of the ordinary room booked gave the upgraded viewing terrace room completely beyond expectations. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are like natural picture frames. In the morning, you can see the fog around the snowy mountains. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset of Dianchi Lake. Even the light beige curtains are lined with this natural poetry. At night, there are insects accompanied by insects, much quieter than city hotels, and the privacy is directly full. The sanitary details are impeccable, the bedding is soft and fragrant, the floor is clean with bare feet, and the bathroom is dry and odorless. The most intimate thing is that the housekeeper sent a traffic guide in advance, and also customized the ”cold day trip” to avoid the crowd while taking photos of the circle of friends, and even the suggestions for wearing and wearing are accurate. Taking into account the sense of seclusion and convenience, it is absolutely right for couples to choose here for travel, and it has been included in the second brush list!

I have stayed here four or five times. Every time I see that this place has rooms available, I will book it without hesitation. There is a subway station downstairs, so it is very convenient to go everywhere.

To sum it up, I was quite unsatisfied with this stay. **Facilities - 4 stars**: The room was very clean, tidy, and new. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower water was hot, and the heating was excellent. However, the advertised 'smart toilet' was actually just a regular one. **Service - 3 stars**: This was the most disappointing aspect. Firstly, on check-in day, I specifically told housekeeping that daily cleaning wasn't needed, just a replenishment of water and any missing consumables. The room only provided two 300ml and two 150ml small bottles of drinking water. Given the dry northern climate and the heating during my stay, the room was extremely dry. Despite this, only two bottles were restocked daily, forcing me to ask the front desk for more every day. Secondly, regarding breakfast: for a 38 RMB standard, it was exactly the same every single day of my stay. The steamed pumpkin was undercooked on two occasions. The picture shows the portion for two adults. After clearly stating it wasn't enough, they added two fried dough sticks. I also overheard the next table being denied an extra egg when they asked for one. The day before checking out, I informed the front desk about my early morning departure. The front desk staff proactively asked about breakfast, and my family mentioned they only needed a few boiled eggs to take away. However, upon checkout, the kitchen had prepared nothing and even questioned us with an incredulous 'Do you *have* to eat?'. It was infuriating. For a 500+ RMB room rate, this is the quality of a 38 RMB breakfast? Before my trip, I looked at many guesthouses. I finally settled on this one after reading reviews, which were almost all positive. However, my expectations were largely unfulfilled. While the hardware (facilities) was excellent, everything involving the human element was a letdown. Perhaps it was due to the off-peak season, or other reasons, but if my friends plan to visit Ulan Butong, I will not recommend they stay here.

The owner upgraded my room for free. The cleanliness was acceptable. It's very close to the airport and the price is reasonable, making it a good choice for a layover. The edamame and peanuts at the owner's barbecue restaurant were delicious. I saw in the reviews that they offered free airport pick-up and drop-off, but after asking, I found out it's just pick-up, not drop-off.

From check-in to check-out, the entire process was flawless! The location is convenient, the environment is clean, and the service is attentive. I felt as comfortable as at home and would highly recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious, but the only drawback was the lack of a light switch by the bedside.
