都説旅行中最大的驚喜往往來自於計劃之外，這次在阿爾山的旅程，我便有幸遇見了這樣一個美好的意外——我所入住的這家民宿酒店，以其無微不至的服務和卓越的品質，為我的旅途增添了無限温暖與亮色，成為我記憶中一抹難忘的風景。 初到民宿，第一印象便是極致的整潔與乾淨。大堂窗明幾凈，空氣中瀰漫著淡淡的清香，沒有絲毫異味。辦理入住的過程快捷而温馨，前台工作人員臉上始終洋溢着真誠的笑容，讓人瞬間卸下旅途的疲憊。當我懷着期待推開房門時，更大的驚喜正在等着我——酒店方面主動為我免費升級了房型！原本預訂的普通房間，竟變成了一間寬敞明亮、視野極佳的景觀房。巨大的窗户如同一個畫框，將阿爾山層林盡染的秋色或是靜謐的雪原（取決於季節）巧妙地引入室內，儼然成了一幅動態的風景畫。 升級後的房間不僅空間闊綽，設施更是堪稱一流。床品柔軟親膚，躺上去彷彿被雲朵包裹，一夜安眠至天亮；衞浴空間乾濕分離，打掃得一塵不染，光潔如新，熱水供應充沛穩定，洗去了一整天的户外奔波之乏。房間內的各種細節也處處體現着民宿的用心：高品質的洗漱用品、充足的熱水壺和免費茶包、穩定的Wi-Fi信號，無一不讓人感到貼心與便利。 更重要的是，這份“免費升級”背後所體現的，並非僅僅是面積的擴大，而是酒店待客之道的昇華。它傳遞出的是一種慷慨、大方和希望客人獲得最佳體驗的真誠意願。這種被尊重、被優待的感覺，遠比房間本身的價值更令人感到愉悦和滿足。 感謝這家民宿酒店，讓我在阿爾山的懷抱中，找到了一個如此完美、舒適的“家”。它用它的乾淨、温馨、熱情和出乎意料的升級禮遇，完美詮釋了何謂“賓至如歸”。我毫不猶豫地給予五星好評。

Having a peaceful and lovely rest at Banshan Yaju after getting a 7days horse riding course in En He （牧野天边 7天野骑进阶课程）. The owner is very kind and friendly, always ready to help me whenever I give a call. Love the peaceful vibe around there as it just located a stone throw away from the busy area, but it just take 5-10mnt to go city area and 6mnt to be Hailar Airport. They also provide the free airport transit so do inform them earlier. Sure will get back to this hostel whenever I come to Hailar again.

My trip to Arxan was filled with surprises. On my last day, I was lucky enough to come across a newly launched B&B, and I was the first to try it. The experience was truly amazing. The owner was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the entire place was smart. It truly was the perfect choice for a trip. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Arxan.

The homestay is very distinctive, all of them are single courtyards, smart toilets, projections, very advanced. The sun room is very warm and comfortable. Open the door and you will see the flowers and trees. The green prairie in the distance is particularly beautiful. The service is also very good, the little beauty and the handsome guy are especially talkative, very patient, and also sent a self-service stew, very delicious, super worth it!

From the environment, the hotel does have a unique location, it is easy to take pictures, the surrounding environment is so beautiful, it is close to the town, quiet and convenient. Low season price is not high is a good choice, if the peak season price doubled, I probably will not consider. From the facilities, the first feeling of entering the room is that the room is relatively small, the bed is mini, not suitable for the bed, sleep is not very comfortable, the washing area light is broken (the second night is repaired), the wooden floor has floor heating, very comfortable, heating is also very sufficient. From the perspective of health, health looks good, this time I didn't go to the small details, after all, I came to travel, not to stay in a hotel holiday. The most important thing is service. The service starts from small details. I am also a service industry myself, so I am more concerned about the service. From the beginning of entering the hotel, I will not say what I have encountered. Compared with other chains, the gap between Samsung and four stars is very large. After all, it is enough to travel and be happy and comfortable. However, I witnessed the whole process of a young man almost fighting with the guests, which made me very surprised and incredible. I was very angry. I felt that the attitude of the hotel was not good. I almost wanted to do it when I received the plate at breakfast time. The little brother should shut up when he eats me. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. It is estimated that the entire hotel should be managed with heart. There should be iron manager and manager Zhang. Finally, thank you for the new year gift from the iron manager.

This is truly a secluded paradise, perfect for quiet relaxation. Changchun and Liu Jie provided incredibly dedicated service, patiently bringing us whatever we needed multiple times. While there were some mosquitoes, they weren't excessive, and with proper precautions, they didn't pose a problem. It got a bit chilly in the evenings, so the electric heater was a welcome amenity. The food, however, was only average and quite overpriced.

Before I checked in, I was very embarrassed, so I decided to cancel for two days and canceled for one day. After I came, I found that I felt a little fleeing from the city. I like the style of the homestay very much and I feel very comfortable. Especially lying on the hammock in the yard is very leisurely. I feel that the time is slow. This is a village. There is an art space next to it. The only regret is that their meals were not on the shelves when I lived, but I should be able to eat next time, because eating in the village is not very convenient. There is a simple meal next to it. Overall, it is very comfortable. I will stay.

非常滿意的一次入住，自駕來阿爾山的第一晚，可以説把一天上千公里的舟車勞頓，都解決了，一些小經驗： 因為提前知道我們會在半夜到，就提前打電話問酒店能不能訂餐，老闆，直接説餐廳12點之前都有人，我的天，這幾百公里連個飯店都沒有的地方，竟然可以半夜隨便點菜，太厲害了。事實證明，老闆説的沒錯，真能點餐 我們半夜快11點到的，超級冷，自駕想用餐的，建議提前跟老闆電話確定能否支持。出門甭管去哪，就開車吧，別走着，夜裡零下走幾步凍透了（ʘ̥∧ʘ̥） 餐廳在中央舞台旁邊的小路里麪，門口有紅燈籠，民宿有自己的菜園，菜量也是賊大，兩個前胸貼後背的人，點2個菜竟然沒吃完，個人感覺很實惠，人均不到一百，一葷一素帶奶茶主食，手扒羊肉不羶有奶香味，有點感受到內蒙的美食特色了。這麼偏僻的地方可以，還有幾十種菜可選。奶茶是一大暖瓶，喝不完可以帶回屋裡，記得按金一下臨走把人家奶茶暖瓶送回去就行。 再説酒店設施。跟店家圖片一樣，很驚艷，外面毛坯茅草屋小院，開門精裝，房間有雙層的門+雙層窗户，一看就很保暖（另外，兩層窗户中間，我就當冰箱用了，把沒吃完的東西直接放在窗户兩層中間，簡直完美） 提前看了評價，我們進屋就先把電熱毯打開，睡覺的時候剛剛好，被窩很暖和。同時把衞生間的暖風和熱水器都打開，熱水器燒一會就很熱，熱水量很直觀，還是大品牌的熱水器，看來老闆很砸成本。就是水池子的冷熱水方向反了，笑死個人，左邊賊涼，右邊熱乎，倒是無傷大雅。如果介意酒店毛巾不乾淨，就自己帶或者直接站暖風下吹乾吧，個人感覺直接吹乾順便做護膚很高效 這個評價是躺在熱被窩裡寫的，吃飽喝足洗完澡，美滋滋 哦對了，酒店附近就有加油站，油箱見底，差點以為要折在這，簡直萬幸

Rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and bathrooms are well-equipped with thoughtful details. Guests especially appreciated convenient services like disposable toilet seat covers and electronic invoicing. Offering great value for money, the hotel is affordably priced, making it perfect for budget-conscious travelers. Despite the friendly price, the rooms are spacious and bright, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service attitude is consistently good. The front desk staff handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Modern conveniences such as WeChat check-out and keyless entry (password locks) are highly appreciated. Many guests highlighted the warm and attentive staff, who truly made them feel at home. Facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Rooms include thoughtful small amenities like mobile phone charging cables, and some rooms even offer expansive city views, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This was, hands down, the best hotel we stayed at during our Inner Mongolia trip. The room was incredibly clean. The owner went the extra mile, thoughtfully providing snacks and fruits, and there were even complimentary drinks in the fridge. A washing machine was also available. All the beds in the room were incredibly spacious, which was perfect for families with children. The owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful, even introducing us to a very reliable driver for our tours. All in all, we were extremely satisfied!
