Travelling with a party of four so this was one of the places that offered bigger rooms for 4. Nicely located above a large shopping mall so food options were a plenty. Cleanliness was generally good but there was a smoke smell emitting from the aircon and some of the lights were too dim/not working. The name on Trip.com is different from that found on the sign outside unit 2410 (the check in address) so was confused momentarily. The staff lady was very helpful and polite. For the price, given its location and quality, I think it’s worth a stay.

First off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

There are many B&Bs around the volcano. I thought this one has three stores and is relatively large, so I decided to stay at this one. We were upgraded to a starry sky room. The room was very big, with two double beds, and it was cleaned very well. The bedding and towels should all be washed together, very new and clean ~ But the horse-riding sculpture outside the window looks a bit scary 😅 It was still very cold during the May Day holiday. I turned on the air conditioner and covered myself with a quilt at night. The quilt was quite thick. The bathroom is still quite cold. But there is nothing we can do about it. At night, I caught someone setting off firecrackers after 10 o'clock. It was right next to the house. It was very noisy. There should be regulations on the area and time for setting off firecrackers. It is not very friendly to the baby's sleep. I hope it will be improved~

My family, you know what I mean! This family trip to the grasslands and the guesthouse we stayed at was an absolute delightful surprise! We were blown away! I have to rave about it! 👍 🥩 First, the food! Seriously! The food was insanely delicious! Especially the meat!! 😍 I don't know if it's the grassland's cattle and sheep that are naturally gifted or if the chef has some kind of magic, but the aroma, the tenderness, the portion size… it truly amazed the whole family! Even my usually picky dad ate three bowls of rice, exclaiming, ”This is what eating meat is all about!” It was so delicious we almost licked the plate clean (exaggerated, but I really wanted to!). It was definitely our top food choice of the trip! 🏠 The accommodations also exceeded my expectations! To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about the cleanliness of accommodations on the grasslands before we came… but this place! It was definitely a ”comfort zone” on the grasslands! The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Hot water and internet were excellent, so there was nothing to worry about. The service was also superb; they were very responsive and helpful. Our whole family was extremely satisfied with our stay on the grassland! ⛰️ The scenery? Absolutely stunning! You don't even need to go far! And here's the best part! The guesthouse is right behind the vast grassland! Climb up and take a stroll—my goodness, the view is incredibly expansive! Blue skies, white clouds, green grass—it's like a Windows desktop background! 🌄 And the best part? You can find agate along the way! Yes, you read that right! Agate! The kids were thrilled, constantly searching for treasure, and they collected a ton! This experience is so much more unique than squeezing onto a volcano! Fewer people, beautiful scenery, and it's free! 🔥 The atmosphere is amazing at night! It gets even more exciting after dark! A bonfire is lit 🔥, everyone gathers around chatting and laughing—the atmosphere is fantastic! And then! There are fireworks to watch! 🎇Blooming under the tranquil night sky of the grassland, the romance was off the charts! The whole family was ecstatic! 🐰 What captivated the kids (and me, the big kid) the most was—so many rabbits in the yard! 🐇And adorable little lambs! 🐑*So fluffy and soft, it was so soothing! The environment was absolutely amazing, like living in a fairytale. In summary: This guesthouse truly fulfilled all our fantasies about a grassland vacation—delicious food (amazing!), comfortable accommodations (exceeding expectations!), unique activities (treasure hunt in the back mountain + bonfire and fireworks), beautiful surroundings (perfect for taking stunning photos) + adorable pets as a bonus! The whole family had a blast, giving it a huge thumbs up! 💯 If you're visiting this area, I highly recommend staying here—no hassle, all the fun is guaranteed! 👨👩👧👦❤️

I brought my family to Xilamuren Grassland this time and we stayed at the Saibei Inn. The inn is right on the grassland, so stepping out, you're greeted by endless plains. The view is incredibly open and the air is fresh. In the mornings and evenings, you can enjoy a cool breeze, which is really refreshing. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding tidy, and all the basic amenities were provided, making for a comfortable stay. Both the owner and staff were very warm and genuine, always willing to help when needed. It's also very convenient for sightseeing around; horseback riding and other grassland activities are all nearby. You can even enjoy the grassland nightscape in the evening. We had a great experience with both the food and accommodation here. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the grasslands.

The B&B is located in the B&B Village near the north exit of the Volcano Park. It's very convenient to reach after touring the area. The courtyard is filled with beautiful geraniums in full bloom. The owner and his wife were very warm and friendly, making us feel like home after a long journey. We booked a family cabin on the second floor and were pleasantly surprised. The child's bed was placed against the wall to prevent them from falling, a very thoughtful touch. The room was also very clean. The children had a blast playing on the second-floor terrace, and the adults were also very relaxed and comfortable. The overall experience was a perfect score!

In the off-season, the homestay is about 10 kilometers away from the volcano. , The boss is very friendly and friendly, the dishes are very delicious, and the quantity is large. , The yurt is also very clean. It is not cold to turn on the air conditioner at night, and the water pressure is very high. There will be no water problems. , The yard is making roasted whole lamb brackets. You must come and try it when you have time! , By the way, the boss said that there will be a bonfire party when there are many people. I really want to experience it next time.

Being in the desert, yet feeling at home! Thumbs up! Thanks to the recommendation from previous guests who stayed at this desert tent camp, I chose to stay and enjoyed a pleasant three-day, two-night experience of modern desert living. First and foremost, the service deserves high praise. The two male and female (Xin Yue) managers at the tent camp were extremely warm and polite. They kept in touch via WeChat within the camp, frequently reminded guests of safety precautions morning and evening, arranged transportation, and even booked BBQs in the evenings! Everything was done efficiently and effectively. Another commendable aspect is the group of jeep drivers who helped with luggage, provided transportation to and from meals, and were all very polite and friendly. The tents were very large and simply furnished, with air conditioning and complete, clean, and hygienic shower facilities. Sandboarding was available next to the tent camp. Walking on the sand, listening to the sound of the sand, watching the dunes, and gazing at the bright starry night sky were all wonderful experiences. At night, I sometimes heard the wind or conversations from other guests. Because it was a tent camp, soundproofing wasn't a major concern. There are restaurants and food stalls near the campsite, including BBQ options. If the restaurants close at 6:30 PM, you can ask the manager to arrange shuttle service to and from restaurants near the Yilisha Service Center. A package ticket to Xiangshawan (a desert Disneyland) is required for staying at the tent campsite. I chose the Yuesha Island package, which includes access to the water park, swimming pool, mini-train ride, and camel riding. Among the various accommodation options in Xiangshawan, this tent campsite offered excellent value for money in all aspects. It's highly recommended and praiseworthy, allowing you to experience life in the desert day and night.

GGuest UserI thought it would just be a standard yurt, but it turned out to be a hidden gem of a hotel deep in the grasslands! It was clean, warm, and when I opened the window, all I saw was endless green. At night, I could see a sky full of stars; I was completely healed. A yurt in the heart of the grasslands, under a starry sky. All I heard was the wind, the crackle of the bonfire, and the aroma of roast lamb. It turns out that 'poetry and distant lands' really do exist. Come to the grasslands; anxiety is forbidden here 🫰

Hohhot Mengyuju yurt, the whole small yard is particularly good, I really like some rooms on the side are really wool mats and blankets! There are also clothes that can be rented. This clothes are rented inside and it is very cheap! And they are very kind, and they give food back, and it feels like family. Especially there is a big golden retriever, super cute

GGuest UserAmazing place! Amazing hosts! Amazing team! Amazing service! The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home! If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic. The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended! If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

AAnonymous UserThis homestay is great. When the driver took us to the door, his eyes were bright and luxurious. The courtyard was full of Russian architectural style. The matryoshocks on the wall were punched everywhere in the courtyard. The swings that children love to play, the glowing mushrooms, the little squirrels, the separation of dry and wet, the toilet is a smart toilet, Even the curtains are smart. The proprietress saw that the three of us were crowded and upgraded us to a big bed room. It was great. The breakfast was rich and varied. The tea was free. The coffee was free. The children wore Mongolian robes to punch in. It was free, and there was a special mineral water Guna Spring. I said it was delicious. Before leaving, the boss gave me a few bottles, if I have time next year, I will come again~

YYoke HongBeautiful resort in the Xilamuren grasslands, with a mix of traditional yurts and unique modern-styled accommodations. I stayed in both types of accommodation and both were very comfortable. Full length windows offer views of the expansive grasslands in the day, while the yurts also have a unique skyroof design for stargazing on clearer nights. Breakfast was quite simple local fare, mainly porridge with sides like pickles and egg, very filling. Lunch and dinner is not inclusive but there is a large menu that you can order from. The resort also has its own bar! I believe it is open nightly during the peak season of July/August, and depending on guest volumes at other times. The boss Mr Da and his staff were so welcoming and kind. I travelled solo, and they added me on WeChat so that I could easily reach them if I had any questions or needs. Boss Da also very kindly took me to a few local sights and spots, since I did not have my own means of transport (感谢达老板!). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. If I were to visit Xilamuren again, Xilamuren Grassland Mongolian Holy Land Resort would definitely be my accommodation of choice.

GGuest UserI booked the hotel the night before, and the hotel staff proactively contacted me early the next morning to ask about my arrival time and sent me the dinner menu in advance. The service was very warm and welcoming, and they responded quickly to any requests I made. They even brought two large platters of fruit upon check-in. For such a remote location, the room facilities were quite good, and the experience was excellent. I especially want to highlight the hotel's unparalleled views; seeing the Grand Canyon instantly lifted my spirits. I would definitely come back for a few days if I have the chance; it's a great place to unwind and relax.
