This is my fourth time booking here, and I still feel the price is very affordable. It's also very safe, super close to the Museum subway station—just a short walk away. There are many bus stops nearby too, making it very convenient for getting around. The owner has a great service attitude, and you can even store your luggage.

Our stay at Yinghuo Planet was absolutely fantastic! The room facilities were excellent, with top-notch smart features and a massive smart skylight that created an incredible ambiance. Everything was well-equipped, brand new, and high-quality, making for a super comfortable stay. The accommodation was clean, quiet, and offered amazing views, and the staff were warm and attentive. We received a lovely Mongolian-style afternoon tea upon arrival, and the volcanic cake was surprisingly delicious! The comfortable hot spring was perfect for relaxation and stress relief. Both the hardware and software were exceptional. This is definitely the best choice for volcano accommodation! Before leaving, I bought a very satisfying Mongolian cultural notebook, which made me happy, and thanks to the front desk lady for the souvenir gift!

From check-in to check-out, the entire process was flawless! The location is convenient, the environment is clean, and the service is attentive. I felt as comfortable as at home and would highly recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious, but the only drawback was the lack of a light switch by the bedside.

There are many B&Bs around the volcano. I thought this one has three stores and is relatively large, so I decided to stay at this one.
We were upgraded to a starry sky room. The room was very big, with two double beds, and it was cleaned very well. The bedding and towels should all be washed together, very new and clean ~ But the horse-riding sculpture outside the window looks a bit scary 😅
It was still very cold during the May Day holiday. I turned on the air conditioner and covered myself with a quilt at night. The quilt was quite thick. The bathroom is still quite cold. But there is nothing we can do about it.
At night, I caught someone setting off firecrackers after 10 o'clock. It was right next to the house. It was very noisy. There should be regulations on the area and time for setting off firecrackers. It is not very friendly to the baby's sleep. I hope it will be improved~

The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel just like home. The location is also super convenient, close to transportation and shopping. The host was incredibly welcoming, responded to messages super fast, and patiently answered all my questions. Their service was truly attentive! Overall, my experience was perfect, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked this tent because I wanted my child to be able to play in the sand right outside.
First, the positives:
The room was unexpectedly spacious and clean, with new and tasteful furniture. Even though it's a tent, it felt very stable during windy nights.
The room's location was truly excellent. We stayed in room 1019, which was at the very end, with sand dunes right outside our door. Adults could sit at their tent entrance and watch their children dig and slide in the sand – it was very convenient and felt like a real vacation.
Although meals aren't provided, there's a BBQ and hotpot restaurant just over a small dune, open from 6-10 pm, which was good enough.
However, there were a few minor downsides:
There was no hot water at the sink. While I understand that conditions are limited in the desert, it was very uncomfortable to wash hands and face with icy cold water when the temperature was low, especially since my child needed to wash their hands frequently after playing in the sand. I suggest the hotel's vending machines sell some wet wipes.
When checking in, I asked the front desk if we needed to wear sand-proof shoe covers on the way to the tent, and the staff said no. This was completely misleading. There were many sections on the way where we had to walk through sand. Without shoe covers, sand definitely got into our shoes by the time we reached the tent.
Checking in required purchasing a ticket package for Yuesha Island. We didn't actually use any of the facilities on Yuesha Island. It would have been better if this cost was included in the room rate. Otherwise, if you don't look closely at the booking, you might not notice this fee. Ultimately, the value for money wasn't as good as Fusha. However, being able to play in the sand right outside was my core requirement, so I didn't fuss about the price. Frankly, with these conditions in the desert, I would have been fine paying over a thousand yuan a night. Splitting it into a room fee and a package fee just made the package feel not worth it.
Finally, when we returned to the tent at around 9 pm, we found the air conditioner was broken. With temperatures around 5-6 degrees Celsius, and my child having just returned from playing in the sand outside, the need for warmth was immense. We reported the AC issue to the housekeeper. Although they dealt with it immediately, it wasn't resolved until close to 10 or 11 pm. My child took a hot shower before the AC repair person arrived, and we were very nervous while drying him off, fearing he might get sick. After sleeping through the night, it still felt very cold in the tent in the morning. While the tent experience was fun, we really didn't dare to stay a second night. And the fact that the camp didn't offer any form of apology or comfort for the broken AC was disappointing. The next day, it was as if nothing had happened. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, something like this would at least warrant a complimentary afternoon tea or something similar. Of course, later, when I slipped and fell at the Lotus Hotel and they also offered no acknowledgment, this incident with the AC seemed less significant in comparison. Perhaps this is just the level of service here.
Overall, without the AC issue, I would have given it five stars.

The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, I slept very well. The decor was tasteful, and every photo I took looked great. The host was very communicative, and the check-in instructions were clear. The room wasn't large, but the layout was well-designed. I've stayed here many times, and the location is super convenient.
In short, a perfect 10/10! I've already recommended it to all my friends! For those of you visiting Hohhot, you can't go wrong with this place! See you next time!

When I came to Genhe to visit, I fell in love with this B&B at first sight when I booked accommodation. After I checked in, I was like, oh my god! This B&B is so magical! The boss is so nice. He upgraded me to a 360-degree panoramic snow room. I can watch the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the snow while lying on the bed. What a magical experience this is! Recommend it to friends and make them envious! The room facilities are also very new and clean. Heated toilet seats, constant temperature showers, and even hair dryers are all top-notch. Next to the B&B is Shouwang Bridge, a small thermometer, and you can climb directly up the mountain from the wooden boardwalk of Shouwang Bridge without going to the scenic spot. , the surrounding area is very fun! Those who stayed there were reluctant to leave ~ I will definitely come back next time!

Facilities: Very complete, with all kinds of items available.
Cleanliness: Clean and cozy; it's rare to find such clean and cozy accommodation in such a remote location.
Environment: The filming location for ”Goodbye My Love,” the surrounding area is quiet, and the residents are all locals, very kind and simple. You can see a shepherd herding sheep right outside the door. There are bonfire activities and fireworks at night.
Service: Everyone was very warm and attentive. When we arrived, our room was on the shady side and a bit cold. Worried that our child might get cold at night, the manager kindly upgraded us to a larger room on the sunny side. Thank you! 🙏🏻

JJdalajiaoThe B&B owner was incredibly hospitable, and to my surprise, the room was spotless. Even though it snowed the next day, the room stayed warm – truly excellent. We had dinner at their place, and every dish was delicious. The 'shou ba rou' (hand-grabbed meat), 'ban you mian' (mixed oat noodles), and lamb noodle soup were all very popular, but the milk tea was especially outstanding – the best we've had on our entire trip. There was even a bonfire party in the evening; despite the cold, everyone's enthusiasm kept the chill away. We also got to set off fireworks, and the owner offered very fair prices. The kids absolutely loved it! We went during the May Day holiday, so the grass hadn't turned green yet and it was still a bit cold. The owner recommended visiting after June 20th, so we might have to go back in the summer.

GGuest UserAmazing place! Amazing hosts! Amazing team! Amazing service!
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!
If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!
AAnonymous UserThis homestay is great. When the driver took us to the door, his eyes were bright and luxurious. The courtyard was full of Russian architectural style. The matryoshocks on the wall were punched everywhere in the courtyard. The swings that children love to play, the glowing mushrooms, the little squirrels, the separation of dry and wet, the toilet is a smart toilet, Even the curtains are smart. The proprietress saw that the three of us were crowded and upgraded us to a big bed room. It was great. The breakfast was rich and varied. The tea was free. The coffee was free. The children wore Mongolian robes to punch in. It was free, and there was a special mineral water Guna Spring. I said it was delicious. Before leaving, the boss gave me a few bottles, if I have time next year, I will come again~

The room is large, the living room 🛋️ is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a bar, suitable for long-term stay.
Suggestion: Currently, you need to stand in the bathtub to shower 🚿, and water splashing all over the floor is inevitable. I hope to improve it❤️.
GGuest UserWe almost gave up on our B&B because of heavy rain, but it turned out to be a real highlight of our trip. The experience was far more breathtaking than photos! 💦 The Yellow River bends into a stunning bay here, with the rugged Loess Plateau on one side and the majestic Inner Mongolia Plateau on the other. It's like a blend of the Yellow River's might and the canyon's elegance, all woven into this one place! The B&B offers stunning views of the entire canyon; just sink into a lounge chair and you can take in the entire Laoniuwan Grand Canyon! The B&B staff were also very attentive, and the lunch and dinner were delicious. I'd definitely go back if I had the chance!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was fairly comfortable and the service was really great. But we kept finding little beetles in our room which made me so itchy at night when sleeping. Also I don’t think they cleaned the floor because we found fake eyelashes and old contact lens on the bathroom floor which was very nasty. They have a washing machine available which was very convenient especially after spending a day in the volcanoes where it’s dusty and all our clothes were dirty. Breakfast was alright…typical inner Mongolian breakfast, nothing special. There’s actually no volcano view but it didn’t really matter much. We were on the second floor and it was nice to be up there. I wish they had better soundproofing windows because every night there’s fireworks and they were so loud and went on until midnight. With a young child, it was impossible to sleep early. Overall, the service was really great!

MMiaowuhuodadaIt is the best yurt I have ever lived in. The house is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are high-end, and the combs and razors are all made of wood. I checked in on Dragon Boat Festival just after the rain. It was about 10 degrees in the middle of the night, and there was a fireplace to burn fire, which was very warm. The camp restaurant has stir-fry, hot pot, and skewers, which taste good and can also be viewed. The camp is very close to Shangdu Lake and is located in the grassland. The surrounding and camp environment is good, and you can watch the stars and the lake. The camp also has 1 calf and 2 lambs, which are lovely relatives, and there are handsome horses to ride. From the boss to the staff, they are very enthusiastic. The reception staff patiently answered various questions. The front desk staff checked in in the rain to check in, and there was a housekeeper group to communicate and contact in time, making people feel at home. There was also a bonfire party in the evening, setting off fireworks and flowers to illuminate the night sky. Even though they were all strangers, everyone gathered together to enjoy this excitement. This was a great experience. The camp is full of sincerity for the guests. I sincerely recommend it to others. Don't hesitate, choose it!
