Very nice and confortable place well located in Rotorua. All perfect large room and bed with full equiped kitchen,bathroom with spa was so relaxing. Location is 2 min by car to Downtown. Also quiet place . Parking free and nice staff . I really recommand this motel for your stay in Rotorua.

Convenient for intercity bus stop. Friendly front desk, but not always there. There was no pool towel when we showed up, but no one was at the front desk to give out towels.

Total ２ It was a night stay, but I was able to spend very comfortable. This time I had a business at Tauranga Hospital, and it was safe and good that I could park in front of the room and didn't have to walk in the facility. Also, even if I stayed with a couple ２ person, I made a room with a ２ bed, but even a quiet and clean queen size bed, the mat below is another 々, so I will not be woken up by turning over. ２ I think people are the best to sleep. There is also an outlet on the head of the bed (I brought an extension cord just in case, so I can use it more comfortably), so it was good to sleep while charging the CPAP mask and smartphone. I will use it again even if I have the opportunity next time.

Upon checking in, we received a bag of feed to give to the alpacas and sheep. The animals were very friendly, and our child had a wonderful time. While you can also feed animals at Agrodome Farm, here it felt like a VIP one-on-one experience. The room was new, clean, and tidy. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly locating an item we left behind and sending it to our friends in New Zealand. The hotel is very close to Te Puia Māori Village, just a few minutes' drive away (though I wouldn't highly recommend this attraction for families with young children, as everything is in English and dinner is served quite late, which made our child extremely hungry 🤦🏻‍♀️).

Booked a 1 night stay for my family. Communication was great. The room size of the wheelchair accessible room was good. While the bathroom was a good size, the wall fixed seating in the shower was not that great. The seat is at about a 15 to 20 degree angle facing downward, so while showering one has to hold tight so as to not slide downward towards the floor.

The motel is by the sea, the environment is great! The indoor decoration and sanitation are very good! The only thing that is not good is that there are windows on three sides of the second floor, and I was woken up by the light early in the morning. Alas, it's my own problem. Overall, it's very warm!

Travelled for a 21st Birthday We Travelled with our 96yr old Mother & we were given a very roomy unit with a disability shower & chair which was really appreciated. The beds were comfortable with beautiful crisp white sheets. There was everything that you could have wanted & will definitely be making it our go to Motel as we travel to Tauranga often to visit family.

We love the heated swimming pool. It was so nice to swim in the night. Also the private spa pool is excellent Only downside is the wifi signal is weak and slow in our room

The hotel is in a great location, right in the commercial district, convenient for shopping. The hotel rooms are large and have kitchens, so you can cook your own meals. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. The living room has air conditioning, the bedroom has heating, the kitchen utensils are also very clean, the children have a lot of fun in the hot spring pool, and there is a western restaurant at the door, which is very convenient.
