The location was decent, conveniently situated between two train stations and right next to Chinatown, offering plenty of dining options. The room was spacious, and the top bunk bed was quite high, which provided good privacy. The shower water temperature was satisfactory, but the water pressure was very weak. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. This meant if someone else in the room was using the shower, you couldn't shower, as there were no other communal shower rooms in the hostel. On the plus side, there were enough washing machines, and the dryer worked perfectly, getting all clothes completely dry in a single cycle.

It was nice that it was close to Perth Station, and there weren't too many guests. I was curious so I tried other places, but Wallaby seemed better. I'm currently staying in a 22-person room. I'm planning to go back tomorrow or the day after.

A nice hostel not too far from Perth city center. Good things I liked: - Comfortable mattress, with a small curtain for a little privacy - Staffs were nice and helpful - common areas, kitchen, and showers/toilets were cleaned daily - Plus point: Breakfast included (simple toasts with peanut butter/Jam/choc spread) - Free coffee and tea (not the best quality but ok) - near bus stop and grocery (Woolworths) Not so good things: - rooms are quite cramped - no signage outside, bit confusing & hard to find for first timers - Most of the furniture and kitchen facilities are quite old - front porch & yard seems messy & unaesthetic - Price-to-quality ratio: ok The free breakfast, nice & helpful staff, kitchen space and social areas make this hostel recommendable. However, needs for hostel signage & revamping of all spaces & furnitures would make it a highly recommended hostel.

It was a unique experience to stay in the oldest prison in western australia. We had a double decker in one of the cell blocks and showered in a ild shower that inmates used to use back in the day. Its walking distance to the markets and cafes. Great place to stay

This place is great good value for money. But I would think twice before staying here on a Thursday or weekend if you need to sleep which I did. As it’s packed on the weekend and then when pub closed patrons came back to their room and kept partying. When I asked people to shut up I was told basically to “go away” what was most annoying was apparently one of the people making noise worked at the roey. So although I still take the place I just won’t stay on weekends. But overall still good value for money and great service and nice rooms.

I booked a single room. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Perth Station. My room was very basic, featuring only a bed, a power outlet, and a table. Toilets and showers were communal. The shared kitchen was quite spacious. However, a significant number of the shared toilets and showers were out of order or had issues.

Geraldton backpacker is a nice little historical building that has been repurposed for backpacker stay! The lady at the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The shared kitchen is big and well equipped for almost any cooking!

It's a hostel with private room with shared bathroom. We can self check-in and they'll provide a fresh sheet and quilt. For a towel, we should ask first and they'll provide. The location is amazing and accessible with Transperth Buses. The hostel also has a massive shared kitchen with complete utensils. Will be back again.

AAleksei KleimenovTerrible service! This is the first hotel/motel I've ever been to that didn't accommodate its customers. Australia never ceases to amaze me, in the worst sense of the word. The situation was this. We were planning to drive from Norseman to Lucky Bay (near Esperance) to see kangaroos and swim in the ocean, and then check into the hotel at around 8 p.m. But the motel confronted me with a fait accompli: check-in is strictly from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.!!! Not an hour later! Otherwise, they won't give you the keys, and you'll be sleeping on the street. I physically didn't have time to drive such a long distance, stop at Lucky Bay, and check into the motel before 6 a.m., which I've repeatedly written in private messages about. No response! The answer was the same: if I don't make it, they won't give me the keys. I called the management and asked them to accommodate me, leave the keys in the box, explaining that I was a tourist, my first time in Australia, and would probably never come back, that I wouldn't have time to see the kangaroos at Lucky Bay. The motel management turned a deaf ear to my requests. Unfortunately, it was impossible to book another hotel. These people at the hotel are completely incompetent! Where has anyone ever seen a motel that only allows occupancy for such a short period of time?! I hope trip.com support takes appropriate action.

GGuest UserThe room looks old and the aircon was noisy. Only good thing is the location. Very accessible and there are few supermarkets and fast food nearby. Catch the sunrise at Mount Melville lookout tower which is short drive away.

GGuest UserMe and my 5 and 21 months old kids loved staying in a deluxe king room at Bentley Motel. It has an secure outdoor space for adults and kids to spend time outside. It has everything we need for a short 2 nights stay and the location is perfect, close to everywhere we want to go. We will definitely be coming back to stay again next time we are back to Perth.

GGuest UserLocation: Excellent. Within walking distance to eateries, Cervantes center, general store, bus stops, Cervantes Club, Lobster Shack etc. Cleanliness / Housekeeping: TV was dirty with lots of dusts accumulated and dropping off onto table, floor etc. No housekeeping service during the stay. None, even if upon request, so its a bit tricky for guests who stay for a longer duration e.g. > 3 days at the motel. However, guests can request from reception for fresh new towels, bin bags etc. to be provided. Guests will need to empty their own bins and get new bin bags from reception. Service: Receptionists are typically helpful. Do note that there are no receptionists after working hours. So guests who check in before or after working hours will have to call a local Australia number to reach them. An issue for tourists as costly roaming charges may be incurred unless they have a local SIM. Facilities: Old but generally clean and ok.

汤马士张The hotel is well located on the waterfront with a beautiful park outside the hotel along the waterfront. The food in the western restaurant attached to the hotel is very delicious, with fresh and steak from the sea, the ribeye steak and weekly seafood soup I ordered were great! If you drive Western Australia to visit here, especially to Esperance and Cape Le Grand beaches are very beautiful.

MM332797****It's pretty good; it's one of the better hotels around Wave Rock. I remember checking in at the gas station in front of the hotel, and there were already people there at 6 a.m., so the service was quite good.
