The owners and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. The airport free shuttle was excellent and always on time. I will recommend this guest house to anyone needing a place to stay near the airport. The swimming pool and restaurant was amazing. Will definitely use them again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay I had such a lovely stay at Weston Guest House Krugersdorp. The property is in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, and the whole place has such a peaceful, private atmosphere. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom and the big comfortable bed, but the highlight for me was definitely the spa bath/Jacuzzi. 😍 It made the stay feel like a proper little getaway rather than just somewhere to sleep. I also loved how much space I had. There was a separate living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, a dining/work area, and a proper kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. If you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to eat out all the time, having a full kitchen makes such a difference. The room gets beautiful natural light, and I loved sitting by the large windows in the morning. The property itself is in a quiet area and is known for its views, which adds to that peaceful, away-from-everything feeling. Everything felt comfortable and homely while still giving that romantic getaway feeling. There’s also free Wi-Fi and private parking, and the guest house has a pool and other facilities on the property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Weston Guest House and would definitely stay here again. I’d especially recommend it for couples, a relaxing weekend away, or even a solo stay when you just want somewhere peaceful, spacious and comfortable. ⭐️ 5/5 — and that Jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part! 🛁😍

Review for OR Tambo Guest House I recently stayed at OR Tambo Guest House for three nights and had a great experience. Since my flight arrived very late at night, the staff kindly suggested a driver to pick me up, which was incredibly thoughtful and made my arrival stress-free. The guest house was impeccably clean (5/5), and the service was excellent (5/5) – the staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was convenient (4/5), being close to the airport, though not much else is within walking distance. The amenities were decent (4/5), offering all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. While the aesthetic wasn’t my favorite (3/5), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Breakfast had limited options, but I wasn’t upset about it – it was enough to start the day. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay, offering great value for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient spot near OR Tambo Airport.

Our stay at Bellgrove Guesthouse was warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The guesthouse offered a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently located near Sandton and key amenities. The breakfast each morning was a highlight — generous portions with options ranging from full English breakfasts to lighter continental choices. The parents especially appreciated the quality and effort put into the meals. The rooms were clean, practical, and suitable for a family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed environment that made us feel safe and at ease. Transport logistics in and out were manageable via Uber, although occasional driver issues with change were noted. Overall, Bellgrove provided a homely and dependable base for the Johannesburg portion of our trip.

I had a very pleasant stay there. Everyone working at the property was kind and helpful, the property owner as well. We had nice discussions and if I needed an advice, they'd help me. The place is clean, quiet and orderly. The internet is fast and there are all amenities possible for cooking. The only little downside is that some days the water was lukewarm and due to the cold weather it wasn't pleasant but I don't know why that happened and it was temporary - I forgot to ask if they noticed it. But really, nothing to complain about. There are a few stores around where to buy food for cooking, some bars, not far from them a concert venue that programmes alternative music such as old school hip hop and punk and there's a cultural entre one minute from the venue.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received at this hotel. My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!

Amazing hospitality

I chose this place because I was interested in the free airport pick-up and free breakfast. However, in fact, the last pick-up departed at 11 pm. I arrived at the airport after 11 o'clock. They were told that there would be a charge for pick-up at night, and I was willing to pay for it. , but they couldn’t come to the arrival floor to pick me up, they could only pick me up at the bus station. As we all know, South Africa is a mess, and the probability of being robbed on the road at night is very high! In the end, I paid for a taxi to go to their hotel and found that the door was closed! The location of the hotel is very remote, there are no street lights at night, the lights are dark, and the driver is a black man. Please put yourself in his shoes, do you feel panic? I know the front desk closes at 11 p.m., but I already explained in an email: I didn't land until after 11 o'clock and arrived after 12 o'clock. They knew it clearly, but they still didn't keep anyone. After waiting for a long time, the driver came back and then opened the door and went in. At first, the driver refused to give me the room key and asked me to add a late check-in fee of 200 rand. I didn't know this fee and didn't inform it when I placed the order with Ctrip. On the second day, in order to take the shuttle bus to the airport, I didn’t have time to eat breakfast. An unpleasant stay experience!

The service was so great, the people are so accommodative. The rooms are so spacious. I will definitely spend more time at this place.
