Everything was very nice, clean and they were incredibly attentive. They contacted me the day before and guided me to the hotel, taking great care of us. The room was clean and warm, we will come again because it was a short stay. We especially thank Andrea very much.

Broken shower. It’s working but it is sliding down. You can put it steady coz it keeps going down. You have to go down o hold the shower so it can reach your head. Okay for a night stay. There’s a restaurant if you want a quick bite. Good thing is there is a ticket machine for going to the center.

This suite hotel is actually a private apartment. It's fun because of the old-fashioned elevator. It is located near the Spanish Steps and only five or six minutes away from the nearest subway station. The hygiene is just average, with all kinds of yellow and black marks on the bed sheets. Although it feels washed, it still can't be compared with the hotel's. Moreover, although the sheets should have been changed, the bedding used was exposed and was simply wrapped with a duvet cover, so obvious stains could be seen. In addition, the water heater is probably very old, so the temperature will fluctuate when taking a shower. The hot water will turn cold after a while. You need to turn off the faucet again, wait for a while, and then turn it on again. Hot water will come after a while. So during the two days we stayed there, the weather was still a bit cold, especially at night. So it is easy to catch a cold after taking a bath. In addition, the sewer is not very smooth, and since it is a very old apartment, the smell is relatively strong. There are many oil paintings and a piano in the room. I chose this hotel because of the reason in the picture. But these oil paintings are actually of very average quality, the colors are very dark, and some are even wrinkled. The piano was also seriously out of tune, probably never having been tuned. My daughter originally wanted to use the piano to play a song for us, but now we have to give up. However, the owner or manager of the apartment is a relatively enthusiastic Italian. You can add him on WeChat to contact him with various questions. Opposite the apartment is a small Carrefour supermarket. Since the apartment does not provide breakfast, our breakfast is basically cooked. Purchased from Carrefour supermarket. Generally speaking, spending more than 6,000 yuan for two nights may not be as good as staying in a hotel. At least it is much more hygienic and there won’t be any problems with showering.

The overall stay was excellent. The location was convenient, the room was clean and spacious, the free drinks and snacks in the minibar were a nice touch, and the front desk staff were also very friendly. However, the front desk wasn't staffed 24 hours a day, which was inconvenient if your room card didn't work and your phone ran out of battery. Also, the shower water quality could be improved. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and it would be even better if these issues could be addressed.

very satisfied! ! ! The location is very good, all the attractions can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The sister at the front desk is very nice! ! And you can store your luggage on the day of check-out! Especially need to pay attention to the check-in time, we arrived late, the process of finding the front desk is very complicated qwq, mainly unfamiliar with Italian buildings, it is recommended that the merchant take a picture of the building door on the details ~ In short, I am really satisfied with this place in Rome ~

The hotel is good in all aspects, the service is warm, but one day did not change the towel, tired a day back without clean towels is very embarrassing, and stayed for 3 days to give a disposable plastic cup to wash is very inconvenient. The front desk was awkward until 6 pm, and there was no problem. In addition, the room smells, but it's okay after turning on the air conditioner. Breakfast is good, it is good to help carry luggage and take a taxi when leaving.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

AAnonymous UserVery helpful staff who handed us the keys. Nice neighbourhood very close to the St maria margiore and the termini. We didn't have any hot water problem that some other people are talking about but we could hear the noise from the hallway but wasn't too big of an issue. But recommend to book a room with ensuite bathroom cos it seems like some rooms don't have bathrooms ensuite.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for us — only about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, which made it very convenient. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. We booked a superior room, but it was nothing like what was advertised. We were given Room No. 4 at 285 Flat, which had dirty walls, a broken kettle and no night lamps, and overall looked very different from the photographs online. The shower was placed inside the bedroom with a clear glass door, offering absolutely no privacy. I was traveling with my 14-year-old son, and taking a shower was a real challenge because of this poor design choice. The reception only operates from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and since we had an early check-out at 6:30 a.m., there was no information provided about where to leave the key. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m., which is too late if you want to attend a tour or visit the Vatican early (most tours start around 7:30 a.m.). This detail was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We had prepaid €120 for four breakfasts for two people, but as soon as we arrived (around 2 p.m.) and found out about the late serving time, we cancelled them. The receptionist advised us to email the owner to request a refund, which we did — but we never received any reply. Overall, this stay was not we expected and definitely not worth the price we paid, even considering the good location. I would not recommend booking breakfast here, as money we paid is far more than what you would spend at a nice local café or patisserie.

GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

TThe Black Asian JaThis hotel is very compact but they maximized on the actual accommodation space. My room was on another building and the receptionist who was very sweet, gave me a tutorial with the keys and elevator. If you're not as familiar with Europe as I am, this was am absolutely necessary step. Once I was in, the room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was just as nice. Sitting on the Tiber river, from the hotel, you get a nice view of the river and street below. The room was also surprisingly very quiet as I was unable to hear any traffic once the windows were closed. Breakfast was served in my room at precisely the requested time on my first morning which was tasty and wholesome and for my second morning, I needed to go to the breakfast station on the main building... which was okay. The location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the sites and about 30 to 35 minutes walk from the colessuem. I felt quite safe while walking but still vigilant of course and the reception also gave me a map, showed me how to use and and educated me on the best routes to take to maximize my time. All in all, great room, service and location. I would highly recommend. For improvements though, they could give their guest an oral care set and bed slippers as with many hotels I stayed at on this trip

Mming6144The location is very good, within minutes walk to all the attractions in Rome. Located in the downtown area. Very good shopping. It is the form of a homestay, and you may have to get used to this accommodation. The service staff depends on whatsapp to contact. Can have the best. It should be opened by a young person team.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is excellent — most attractions are just a short walk away, and there’s a metro station right next to it. Every morning, two shared bikes would automatically appear at the entrance, which was super convenient. 😃 The hotel is in one of the safest areas, right beside the Spanish Steps. Just a couple of steps away and you're in the shopping district. It’s right by the street, which makes getting around easy, but there’s absolutely no noise — it’s perfect. The host was extremely patient and friendly. When we first arrived, he helped us get inside smoothly and was always quick to respond to our messages, no matter how many questions we had. He also recommended many nearby restaurants, which we tried — they were all really delicious! The staff were also very kind. I believe they’re all very professional and good at their jobs. They cleaned the room with great care, helped us turn on the air conditioning, closed the curtains, and even warmly helped us check metro routes. The room itself was perfect — very spacious, with a super comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need. There were two air conditioners and two TVs, and the bathroom was also big and spotlessly clean. We had a truly enjoyable stay here.😃
