It was perfect the way I wanted. Additional Air Shuttle Bus as Free Service in every 30 minits was so impressive one.

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

The hotel is strategically located, the transportation is very convenient, and it is very convenient to eat and shop nearby. The room is quiet, the facilities are complete, the network speed is fast, and the office is very smooth. The check-in and check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, saving a lot of time, very suitable for business travel.

Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

The stay was ok. However getting from the parking lot to the front door was kind of long and it was in an alley way so walking by yourself didn't feel too comfortable. Disappointed the pool was permanently closed. My room was clean but run down. It really needs to be redone. Breakfast was decent but not great. The one nice thing the hotel downtown was extend my checkout until 12pm.

Maybe we don't have enough credit rating on Ctrip.com, or the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip's users. We have received a deposit of 100 CAD (50 CAD/day). According to the Ctrip online, it will take 1-3 months to return. The amount of Xin’s loss is not big, otherwise I will delay my short-term investment.

It has been two months since I flew to Toronto from Hong Kong. This is the sixth hotel I have stayed at. The location is very good and the service is very good. The two of us stayed in two rooms, one standard room and one single room, one for five days and one for seven days. It's not expensive and the environment is good. The room is clean but there is no breakfast. We made several reservations because we were afraid of not being able to cancel. But after staying for two days, I thought it was good so I continued to place orders. The price/performance ratio is good. I will recommend it to friends and relatives in the area.

Reception: The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The microwave was dirty, and I found a stain in the fridge. Additionally, the hairdryer had a noticeable stain on it, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell of burnt food that lingered throughout the night, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall: While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the poor room cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in housekeeping are essential.

If you’re on your way to Manitoulin Island, this hotel is a good base. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the island. There are a few chain restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful and had me checked-in in a matter of minutes. Checking out of the hotel you just leave your keys in the room and off you go. There is ample parking in the front and rear of the hotel and is monitored with cctv cameras. You can also just look out of your hotel room window and see your car if you’re worried about theft. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfy and quiet night of rest.
