Arrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

It has been two months since I flew to Toronto from Hong Kong. This is the sixth hotel I have stayed at. The location is very good and the service is very good. The two of us stayed in two rooms, one standard room and one single room, one for five days and one for seven days. It's not expensive and the environment is good. The room is clean but there is no breakfast. We made several reservations because we were afraid of not being able to cancel. But after staying for two days, I thought it was good so I continued to place orders. The price/performance ratio is good. I will recommend it to friends and relatives in the area.

Booked for 3 people, when we checked in, the Indian at the front desk also asked us to add the head fee of the third person. We repeatedly emphasized that the extra cost of three people has been paid in OTA. He said that it was strange that it should not be so cheap. The whole process is not good, speechless

The staff was great and friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was nicely laid out with attentive staff, and the waffle maker was a fun touch. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool but hopefully next time!

If you’re on your way to Manitoulin Island, this hotel is a good base. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the island. There are a few chain restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful and had me checked-in in a matter of minutes. Checking out of the hotel you just leave your keys in the room and off you go. There is ample parking in the front and rear of the hotel and is monitored with cctv cameras. You can also just look out of your hotel room window and see your car if you’re worried about theft. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfy and quiet night of rest.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff was good. The breakfast was OK but hot food was terrible, the sausages was cold and 4 small pieces of eggs left in it (all dried up) at 9:45a.m. Supposed the breakfast close at 10a.m but when I asked the attendant to refill some more eggs, she went to check the left over eggs then told me ”there is still some in it”, I said ”it's all dried up and it's not enough for two people, then she told me ”next time you should come earlier. I said ”there were few more people came in after me but nobody wanted to take it”, she told me ”I will try my best”. Finally, I waited 25-30 minutes to get my eggs.

The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. The location is convince and it’s only a block away from budget/avis car rental outlet. The room is generally clean but a bit old, quite comfortable to stay. Breakfast at the lobby is nice with self-made waffle, a variety of breads, fruit (banana and apple), hard boiled eggs and yogurt.
