The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

Location - amazing place. We could see a sea and beautiful view on the city. We had some trouble with check-in, it was delayed more than 1 hours. Also we had unfinished cleaning - dirty towels, garbage in the bucket. But in general it was OK. All our troubles was resolved by room service. We had all necessities in our room - dishes, table, wi-fi and air conditioner with heating function.

From all heart I recommend the apartment :) contact with the owner of the instant :) clean, smelly and wonderful view :) everywhere close :) nothing to add to the phrase:) RECOMMENDED

Modern and very clean building. Meticulously clean. Has a balcony but the view from my room was mainly to the neighboring building. However, the location is great and there are four supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Добрый день! Впечатления о пребывании только хорошие. Зарегистрировали быстро. Апартаменты- отличные: все, что нужно для проживания есть: хорошая кровать, утюг, кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, фен. Вид из окна на море , город и немного видны горы . Хозяйка на связи . Но я ее не беспокоила . Все было нормально. Была не в сезон ( конец апреля - начало мая ) - лифты ходили отлично. Ждала не долго . Отличная локация . Все рядом: море , город, рестораны , набережная . Есть круглосуточный магазин в отеле , если что -то срочное . Рекомендую эту студию .

When checking in, they didn't find a reservation, they said that these were private apartments and to call the phone number indicated in the reservation. Well, they answered right away and were surprised that the reception said so. They checked us in 2 hours early, for which special thanks, I was very tired after the flight. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is comfortable, there are some dishes and a kettle, coffee, tea in bags, a hairdryer. There was a nice view from the window. In 5 days, they came to clean the room once. Going down on the elevator is a quest 🤣 It is always packed, although there are 6 of them. In general, not bad, but there are a lot of people

Our stay at this apartment in Batumi left only the most pleasant impressions. The apartment was exactly as pictured: modern renovations, stylish interiors, and impeccable cleanliness. The view of the sea and city from the balcony was a special treat, especially at sunset. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-functioning air conditioner. It felt like every detail had been thought of for a comfortable stay. I'd especially like to mention the host's hospitality—he was always available, quickly answered questions, and helped with recommendations for activities and restaurants. The location is also excellent: close to the waterfront, shops, and cafes, yet the building itself is quiet and peaceful. We would happily return here again and recommend these apartments to anyone planning a trip to Batumi! ❤️
