The hotel is very well located, opposite the wall.
The only disadvantage was that we were given the rooms behind the reception (I understand it is for disabled) and the bathroom had a window that gave the restaurant room, Although the glass was smeriled when lighting was all seen inside, it would be good that you could fix it.
But, for the rest, and I repeat, being a 2 star has largely fulfilled the expectations.

O quarto cheirava a esgoto, com momentos de intensificação de cheiro. Tendo reportado o desagradável odor, não houve por parte do direção qualquer esclarecimento sobre a situação, ou pedido de desculpa. Estou a reportar aqui, para que possam ser tomadas medidas retificativas.
Quanto ao serviço, foi eficaz, tanto ao nível da piscina/esplanada, como na entrada ou restaurante. Staff teve atitude profissional.

The hotel is very good, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions. The hotel has all self-service, just step by step according to the email received, and it is not difficult to be a little patient. But I have 3 small suggestions: 1 The hotel actually does not have a dishwasher, but there are dishes in the kitchen set; 2The hotel has a washing machine but no laundry detergent. It is very good if the dishwasher is replaced with laundry detergent. 3 coffee capsules are too few. We stayed for 2 nights for 2 people in total. In short, if I come to Salamanca next time, I will choose this hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and clean. The location was great because it was right in the train and close to the bus station. The bad thing is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations. I had very noisy neighbors that woke me up at around one am on one side, they were noisy for about one hour, then the other neighbor came back and they were noisy until about 4 am so I only got 2 hours of sleep. Also, there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the floor with rooms so if you have heavy luggage I hope you are strong and don’t mind the workout. I wouldn’ stay here again because sleep is important to me. Bring earplugs.

GGerman TravelerIt is a very nice Hostel. We had a very friendly welcome. Later check in was no problem , because you get a pin-code to open the door. Outside there is lots of free parking space. In the morning you get a breakfast. This accommodation is perfect to stay for one night.
