I stayed for three nights .Pedestrian to Santa Maria Novella minutes 20.The hosts were pleasant people , met, all told .Breakfast was included in the cost , delicious .Coffee 👌But the general shower and the saucer , bear in mind.I got up early in the morning , In 7.00 about , the problem didn't notice.Wi-Fi also rejoiced and a big new TV (supports the video from the phone).I issued the slippers, coat and towels .Under the vent of the roasters came .Thank you for the hospitality.
A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel and room were modern, clean, and well maintained. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and explained the hotel's convenient self-service amenities, including lockers and a station where guests can pick up extra towels and other essentials.
The only downside was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Fortunately, the hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary earplugs in the room.
Considering the prices in Florence, this hotel offers great value. It's conveniently located next to Firenze Campo di Marte Station (when we went back from Pisa, we got off from this station and just a 5-8 minute walk.), with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach both the city center and Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station. When I booked this hotel, there weren't any reviews here, so I hope this review helps.

The apartment is conveniently located, about a 20-minute walk from Florence's Santa Maria Novella (S.M.N.) train station. We arrived at 12:20 PM and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The main entrance to the apartment building closes at 8:00 PM, but you can enter with a code or by swiping your room key, which is great.

The hotel's decor is quite new and the front desk staff are friendly. However, the building itself is a bit old. The soundproofing in the street-facing rooms is poor; it's very noisy, and you can easily hear passing vehicles. There's no screen on the window, and there were several mosquitoes in the room.
Furthermore, because my travel companion fell ill and needed surgery, I tried to cancel my reservation twice, five days before check-in, but the hotel refused both times. It felt a bit unaccommodating.
In terms of location, while it's not too far from the train station, it's not convenient to walk there if you have luggage. Florence's public transport system is quite bad, often experiencing traffic jams and delays. Also, the hotel is much further from the tram stop than the bus stop, so the location is just mediocre.
Regarding cleanliness, the room wasn't cleaned during my two-night stay, which was disappointing.
I hope this helps others.

MMeowMeowMeWe spent over a month traveling through Europe this Chinese New Year, visiting Spain, Paris, Belgium, Hungary, and Italy. This apartment hotel was hands down the best accommodation of the entire trip – truly on par with a five-star hotel back home. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Plus, Florence has the best food in all of Italy! My only regret is that we only stayed for two days... Florence is the most 'chill' place in all of Italy, a thousand times better than Rome or Venice! I highly recommend booking this hotel! It's a 1000-euro hotel that easily outperforms European hotels costing several thousand and up!
GGuest UserThe hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge.
Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro.
The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already.
There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros).
My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet.
But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.
문문카스It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

GGuest UserGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

TThomasIt is very important to check in online. I never received the email to do so and was left waiting outside the apartment, with no way to contact the property, as the listed phone number didn’t work. Thankfully, the leather shop below the apartment had two really friendly guys that contacted the owner. This was the only bad experience. Otherwise, the apartment is really clean and spacious, probably too much for one person. The location is great, within walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The shower doesn’t leave much room to move around, but a minor inconvenience. This would be a great stay for a family or small group, but as stated before, not ideal for solo travelers. And I repeat, make sure you check in online! If, like me, you don’t receive the email, talk to the guys of De Nicola leather shop, they can help and have amazing leather jackets, too!
GGuest UserThe location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement, and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!
