Holiday Apartments in Tuscany, Italy

The facilities are excellent and very new. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily, and the room is cleaned thoroughly. They even help tidy up personal items that are left out. The hotel staff are friendly. Upon check-in, they helped bring my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to the room's amenities. I really liked that the room has a desk, similar to a vanity, with a mirror on the wall which is convenient for putting on makeup and can also be used as a workspace. There are cooking facilities, including a very sensitive and easy-to-use induction hob, as well as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and kettle – the equipment is comprehensive. The location is a bit far out, but most city center attractions are reachable within a 20-minute walk along the river. Public transport, like buses and trams, is also available, so overall, it's acceptable.

We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and dropped off our luggage, and when we returned to check into our room, we found our bags had already been brought up. The room was exceptionally spacious, feeling like it was at least 60 square meters, and came with two bathrooms. It was equipped with a Nespresso machine, a microwave/oven, and an induction hob, making it perfect for preparing simple meals.

It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

The room was huge! It had two bedrooms, a living room, a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. The staff really paid attention to what guests said, even if you weren't specifically asking them to solve a problem; they'd try their best to meet your needs for anything you casually asked about. Plus, they were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions, they even drew a route map for me, just in case I couldn't find my way! 🤣 It's also super convenient for getting around to tourist spots.

Good location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

The location is a prime! Only around 7mins walk from the train station and around 6 mins walk to Catheral of Santa Maria! You can access the main sightseeing spots by walking! the loft was very cozy and very clean! Bed mattress is not too hard and not too soft, i had great sleep every night. It was fully equipped with kitchen appliances, such as kettle, big fridge, stoves etc, very convenient if you would like to cook, especially when travelling with family. Bathroom was spacious, with a hair dryer that can really dry you hair! Hot water is hot enough! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I arrived around 11am , they let me check in even it was not the check-in time yet! On the day of departure, you can also leave your luggage’s at the basement，and you can pick them up anytime before the staff gets off work! Definitely will come back next time when i travel to Firenze again!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel and room were modern, clean, and well maintained. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and explained the hotel's convenient self-service amenities, including lockers and a station where guests can pick up extra towels and other essentials. The only downside was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Fortunately, the hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary earplugs in the room. Considering the prices in Florence, this hotel offers great value. It's conveniently located next to Firenze Campo di Marte Station (when we went back from Pisa, we got off from this station and just a 5-8 minute walk.), with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach both the city center and Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station. When I booked this hotel, there weren't any reviews here, so I hope this review helps.
