We booked the 1 bedroom apartment (ie comes eith a living room and pantry) and the place is big - much to our delight. I had expected a queen-sized bed but is actually a king-sized. The whole place is very clean and well equipped and it has a very spacious laundry area too. Daily cleaning services is provided as well. We appreciate the water dispenser that has many functions very much, as well as the many bottles of mineral water. The location is also convenient with a good shopping mall (metown) across the road that has quite a good number of eateries as well as shops. Communication with the staff was smooth and fast and the young lady who attended to us was friendly, helpful, efficient and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bus rides to famous scenic locations and Historic Old street of hotspot cafes, noodle shops are only 5-15 mins away. Hotel is managed by a young couple who are very hospitable and helpful, very welcoming of foreign travellers. Hotel room is comfortable with good mattress, clean and warm duvet for this 12c Yunnan weather, bath towel and shampoo, good wifi signal, hot water shower, water boiler for coffee. As Solo female backpacker who felt very safe in this hotel stay, I highly recommend this listing!

The hotel is very close to Erhai Gate, and it is convenient to call a taxi. We arrived at the hotel early and could store our luggage before going out to play. I got up early and went upstairs to see the snow on Cangshan Mountain and the tranquility of the ancient city, which was very healing. The room is clean and the service is good as fast response is given through WeChat. But the bathroom needs some renovation as it gets moldy, the lighting is dim, and the drainage system doesn’t work well. Also, the area is nearby main road which a lot of honking mostly whole day, except midnight. Overall is grudgingly accepted for this price.
