The room is beautifully decorated; you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into its design. The overall style is very cohesive, and it's well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Its location right on the Strait of Malacca is fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during my two-day stay, so I couldn't enjoy the panoramic views, which was a shame. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, host very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and well-equipped. It is a perfect place for families, with everything needed for both adults and children. Definitely will repeat memang selesa dan location memang dekat with everything !! cuma nak bagi feedback sikit for ironboard tak sesuai la ironboard macam tu dah la cuba nak tegakkan susah. kerusi ada yang macam nak patah dah longgar so kitorang tak guna kerusi tu takut rosak nnt kitorang yang kena. Mungkin boleh perbaiki barang yg sedia ada. Almari bilik bawah juga. Hair dryer berfungsi dengan baik. Aircond semua okay. Katil semua memang bersih dan selesa. Overall semua okay!

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Overall, it's okay, but a bit old. The dining chairs, tables, furniture, and beds are all quite dated. The location is convenient; there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel facilities include a children's playground, a swimming pool, and a gym.

We had a great stay at this homestay with our family. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and the environment was peaceful. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this homestay to families looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Actually, I was extremely satisfied from the start, thinking I wouldn't need to look for another hotel next time. There was no unpleasant smell when I opened the door, and everything was very clean except for a few gecko droppings. The bed was so new it was still in its packaging! Most importantly, it was very convenient as it was close to all the places I needed to go. However, when I got back in the early morning and needed to wash up, there was no hot water and no hairdryer. I took a cold shower, and my hair was still wet, so I couldn't sleep. My whole mood was ruined. I didn't receive a reply to the owner's message, perhaps because it was too late. I hope this can be improved; otherwise, even with a better environment, I won't come back.

The decor is really cozy and the whole place feels very comfortable. The master bedroom has two double beds, and the smaller room has two single beds, so it's perfect for a family. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the master bedroom isn't very cold. It might be time for a cleaning!
