APPLE shares a building with a larger hotel, tucked away in a corner of the building's parking garage. The front desk is just a small table, where two polite Malaysian ladies check guests in. Although they don't speak Chinese, communication is possible through smartphone apps. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM. Luggage storage is free, but items are simply placed behind the front desk in a small concrete partition, without any receipts given, only an assurance of CCTV surveillance. Despite some inner apprehension, our luggage was safe and sound when we returned in the evening. The room is split-level: a double bed downstairs, and upstairs, another double bed and a single bed, making it perfect for families of 4-5 or groups of friends traveling together. Malacca isn't very large, and the hotel is about a twenty-minute walk from the Dutch Square, which is quite convenient. The apartment complex has a mini-supermarket, a swimming pool, and a ping-pong table, so the facilities are quite comprehensive. Crucially, the price is incredibly attractive, at only 200+ RMB per night, making it the best value for money hotel of our entire trip. Highly recommended.

This 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 3 queen beds. It's just nice for 6 people to sleep comfortably. New, clean and tidy. Well equipped with basic kitchenware and tableware. Airconds, fans, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, kettle and washer all function well. Swimming pool with great sea view. Kid friendly playground. Basketball court and game room need to booking. Kids had fun playing table tennis. The mini pool sticks were broken cannot play. The security staff was very helpful to assist us to book the room. Agent was very responsive too. Overall very good service. Best price and quality stay. Recommended. Thanks.

Good stay with Attic home. Room is clean and bright enough. Equipped with washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator and hair dryer. The whole imperio residence building is vacant except theres a small mart at ground floor. Carpark wasn’t thoroughly well lit at all. There are 5 lifts so you wont be waiting long for it. But i encountered one of the lift issue, after i entered, the lift jerked up and idle for 5secs before it starts to descend. Check out was a hassle as you need to go out from the building and turnaround at the traffic light to return the key. The building design isnt so ideal.

It’s a spontaneous trip that we booked the room before we check google reviews. Yet we are aware of the different way of check in. Apparently it’s under awanjiwa management of the *air-bnb* style of room which is the same hotel as The pines. First, If there is choice i may direct book frm the pines , we tried once under the shore & the swiss garden same thing yet also unforgettable trip 😅 I would say hotel charge the prices will assure give the best services maybe . We consider lucky that awanjiwa person in charge is nice and responsible. We got some hicups on the check in and got settle to change another room as u can see frm photos the disaster of the first room we got i told the PIC only the bed and the sink is clean others is all dusty 😵💫 We got changed to another better condition rooms also with some stain on the table n cupboard so i had to clean myself before place anything in. Its not that bad tho, but i would say im not an airbnb guest . 😅 and its feel really weird when u stay in hotel but its like so weird u cant park in the same unit and u just dont feel u are away for a trip as the place u check in like ur neighbor home kind of feel .

From pre-booking, up until checkout, i have nothing but compliment to Attic Silverscape customer support. We communicate through whatsapp, and Attic CS will surely respond within 5 minutes or less. They always willing to help and very friendly which make things so easy for my family whom travel with elderly, 7 adults and 2 kids. Shoutout to Attic CS and the guard at tower B. Very professional and warm. The penthouse is a jackpot. A day before we stay at the newly open Birkin International which is acceptional, but my parents love this Attic Penthouse even more. The house is 2 floors, spacious, bed is extremely comfortable. 3 rooms on the 2nd floor got 6 double beds and 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms with tub on the second floor. another bathroom on the first floor. Other than 60 inch tv at the luxury living room, 1 room with dedicated tv on the second floor. . Got prime tv. We spend time playing pool, karaoke, playing mahjong, card and playstation, and enjoying sunrise. The decoration is amazing. Complete with cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine and drier. Location also near to cinema, restaurant, 7e, Zus, hospital, mahkota parade etc.. Best urban retreat for family in melaka city centre. Surely will repeat.

Place and stay is ok but the customer service absolutely worst .. the admins are very rude and doesn’t reply on time . 2 days stay the aircond never work and we slept in hot . When we text they never reply for it at all . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They only reply for keys and money . Not repeating again ….not suitable to stay 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It was a nice hotel with great service

Spacious room with sea view and well-maintained and equipped. TV, air-conds, fans, lights, hair dryer, fridge, washer, kettle, cooker, and microwave functioned well. Basic kitchenware and tableware. Very comfy 2 queen beds. There's an extra futon, but we didn't use it because nobody wanna sleep on the floor 🙂↔️a sofa bed too. We requested a missing towel, and extra toilet paper delivered quickly to our room. Regarding the swimming pool, a hundred guests were wearing normal clothes into the pool 😅. No proper suits. Easy self check in and out. I am satisfied staying at this unit because of the responsive service. Good.

The apartment is spacious and clean, with a nice layout and interior design. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The pool is great for family with young children as there few facilities they can enjoy. Although it takes a bit of time to get around , it's still relatively nearby. Definitely worth the price!
