Had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the common areas were so cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super efficient. The location is really convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. My room had great natural light, a really comfy bed, and the bathroom facilities were all in perfect working order. It was amazing value for money, far exceeding my expectations, and surprisingly quiet. Perfect for either a short trip or a temporary stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

Facilities: I've been staying at this Xi'an location since it opened until this year. The facilities might be a bit older compared to some of the newer Backpacker Ten-Year establishments. Cleanliness: The room attendants always clean the rooms thoroughly, but there are always some inconsiderate guests who litter, and the waste bins in the bathrooms are often full of paper. The shower area can also be slippery at times. Environment: The environment is excellent, no complaints there. From the inside out, the staff – including the front desk ladies and gentlemen and the cleaning aunties – keep everything very tidy. Service: The front desk staff are all quite good; at the very least, they always accommodate any requests I have.

1. The location is easy to find, with plenty of food options nearby, and ordering takeout is convenient. It's a very short walk from Exit A of Guangji Bridge! 2. On the first floor, they sell snacks and water, and there's free drinking water and hot water, which is quite nice. If you need something urgently, you can just buy it there. 3. There's an elevator to the upper floors, and a spacious and clean terrace on the top floor, which is convenient for eating. 4. Overall, it's very well-organized. I initially thought a six-person room would feel cramped, but it was actually fine. The bathroom is clean, and the shower pressure is excellent!! The bathrooms are cleaned daily. 5. My room shared a space and two bathrooms with a four-person room. This was a good setup; some hostels have 10-20 people sharing just two or three bathrooms, which can be a bit too tight. 6. The price is very reasonable; for this price, the value for money is absolutely amazing. The only, only minor drawback is that someone was playing loud music... But that's negligible!! My trip to Xi'an this time felt like everything was going wrong, but the hostel was truly awesome!!! It's fantastic!!!

Initially not as terrible as I had feared despite the low price. The layer of dust I saw when leaving my luggage early (in some corner because there was nobody to talk to) was gone when I checked in later. Place was easy to find (first image, take the elevator to the 5th floor and you're there) and in a very local area. Nice eateries and a small mobile phones and accessories mall turning left then right when leaving the building. Huimin Street and Drum and Bell Towers in walking distance. Free water dispenser and plenty of space in the hostel despite the lack of power outlets at the workspaces. But there comes the problem. The voltage at the power outlet seems elevated, my charger melted and almost caught fire although I used it everywhere else in Asia as well as for several weeks in China already. Other chargers I tried at this place also got extremely hot. They put me in a separate room to prevent another bad review on the potential production of spit, noise, dirt and sometimes even cigarette smoke in the dorms. One bathroom even had a seat toilet. Obviously plenty of smoking in the common area.

A hidden gem nestled at the foot of Xi'an's City Wall! The location is absolutely perfect; step out and you're greeted by a thousand-year-old city wall, instantly setting an incredible mood. The interior is clean and fresh, with complete and well-maintained facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is thoughtful and attentive, with care evident in every detail. It's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, offering stunning views of Chang'an (Xi'an's ancient name) at an unbeatable value. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi'an!

Located on the second floor next to Luomashi, this place is similar to a university dorm. The sleeping area and washing area are separate, so washing up doesn't disturb those who are sleeping. The transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to all of Xi'an's attractions. Being right next to Luomashi also means shopping and dining are very accessible. I stayed for three nights and encountered five foreigners, so there's a good concentration of international guests. Each bed has an outlet, a privacy curtain, and a small lamp, which is very convenient. Soundproofing is decent; generally, it's pretty quiet and not too noisy. Next to the front desk, there are slippers for changing into, and you can store your outdoor shoes there, which prevents any odors in the dorm – a nice touch. The bathrooms have disposable toilet seat covers, toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo, which is good. Improvements are definitely needed: The impractical trash cans in the women's restroom should be replaced immediately with foot-pedal bins, or the lids should be removed entirely so people can toss things in directly. The current bins are worse than having none at all, as even throwing a hair or a piece of tissue means contaminating my hands. Please install some shelves above the sinks for people to place their belongings, which would also make it easier for the cleaning staff to tidy up the counters. There's a lot of standing water in the showers; improving this would be better. The shower stalls are quite small, and larger individuals might find it hard to turn around, so be prepared for that.

This hotel is very good location and clean, I really enjoy taking a rest at this hotel, really appreciate that it's very near to Tiyuchang metro station (Exit D). There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby the building that is very convenient. The hotel staff and the hotel owner also give a warm welcome to me, thank you so much. Everything in the hotel is clean and convenient. I will come to use service from this hotel again next time. And this hotel is near to travel spots (small wild goose, Xian museum), it's very good location hotel.

I tried matching the number listed in the confirmation email to the number on the front door of my room, but it didn't unlock, so I ended up having to call Lao Bang. I felt a bit uneasy and found it quite difficult for a beginner (I had a similar experience). Although they spoke English, I wondered if it was really necessary to call. I would have liked some mention of WeChat or something.

Excellent! This is hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed at. It's incredibly quiet, and they provide so many useful daily necessities, which is such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend everyone visiting Xi'an to choose this place!

The accommodation was great, and the location was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. There's a third floor where you can hang clothes to dry, and there are plenty of restaurants, small shops, and bars nearby. The host lady here is wonderful; she's always ready to help and has many years of experience. Foreigners really seem to enjoy staying at this hotel/accommodation. I stayed here for two nights and three days, and it was perfect for a backpacker. There are lots of restaurants, small shops, and bars in the vicinity.
