I had a terrible day in Hong Kong, and I'm quite upset. I booked a cheaper hotel to save some money, but when I arrived, the area felt a bit like a slum, and half of the elevator was broken. After much struggle, I finally got up. The reservation on Trip.com said check-in was at D1, but I didn't see anyone there, so I called. The person on the phone told me to look for the elevator entrance. I told them I was already at elevator number four, and then they just said to find D2 myself and hung up. I spent a long time looking for D2, only to find it wasn't nearby. I eventually found it elsewhere, but it looked like a different property. So I called again. No one answered for a long time. I started eavesdropping, trying to hear which room had a ringing phone, and finally found a landline ringing in C2. I asked the woman inside if she was the front desk person who had just spoken to me, and she said yes. I was baffled as to why, if I was right in front of her, she couldn't just tell me directly. The room was also awful. They basically gave me a storage room. The air conditioning was broken, and the blankets and pillows were covered in dirt. There was also a persistent stale, foul smell in the room. I had planned to tough it out for one night, but it was absolutely unbearable. In the end, I took a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning and slept on the floor. At least the airport would have air conditioning. I didn't save a single penny of the money I intended to save; it was a lesson learned the hard way.

It's very close to K11, and overall, the value for money is decent. The only downsides are the long waits for the elevator, the unhelpful front desk staff, and the somewhat chaotic surrounding area. The property has high turnover, so there's a constant flow of different people.

The environment and hygiene are terrible. The hotel name doesn't even match. They try to charge extra for everything. I definitely don't recommend staying here. The elevators are chaotic. It's basically Chungking Mansions in Hong Kong, with people from over a hundred countries staying there, mostly Indians. I felt very unsafe. Don't recommend it, simply put.

The location is great but the place is a little hard to find. The check-in for EVERY hostel in the building is in the same place on 13F. They have elevators too.

Unprofessional and would not recommend. We did not receive the room we booked, the room was not cleaned after previous guests and the receptionist did not try to resolve the problem.

Pros: ① Just a few hundred meters walk to Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars for amazing night views. ② Direct bus A21 right across the street takes you to the airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port for Macau. ③ Super convenient for getting around by foot or public transport from downstairs. ④ My first time staying in a youth hostel, and it was an unforgettable experience. I've attached photos with directions from Tsim Sha Tsui D1 MTR exit to the hotel elevator, hoping it helps future guests avoid a difficult search. For this location, the value for money is simply unbeatable.

Very convenient location just outside N5 Exit of Tsim Sha Tsui station. Room isn’t much but does the job. Wifi is extremely stable and aircon is strong as well. Some things to note: as the room is narrow so it might be difficult to open your luggage; waiting time for the lift might take long; check in counter is quite busy so factor in at least 15-20 minutes for check in / check out at the stipulated time

Great location, right downstairs from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, super convenient. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the Avenue of Stars. The front desk staff, both the young man and the lady, were very patient. Although the room is small, it's an absolute steal for the price. I'll definitely be back! 😁
