Hotels With Breakfast in Canton of Berne, Switzerland

The hotel is a bit far from city center. However with train and bus we can still arrive arrive Bern center or Thun within 30 minutes. The room we stayed faces to the East. It is actually a problem because when the sun rises, it shines and heats the window. At the early morning we keep hearing the popping noise on windows caused by thermal expansion and contraction and we cannot get any sleep. Besides, I don't know if the bed linens were not clean or if overly harsh detergents were used. The next day, the areas of my limbs and torso that came into contact with the bed were very itchy.

Ski resort is right next to Wengen train station. Wengen has amazing view of the mountains. Recommended to stay at Wengen for the views. Resort undergoing refurbishment during our stay in Oct2024. Has scaffoldings surrounding the building, windows open to scaffolding platform, no view and felt dangerous. Booked a family room for 5, only has 1 toilet. Resort is very basic does not even have kettle in the room, front counter service is below average. Spa service is good nonetheless. Service at spa is amazing. Paying for the price of the spa I guess. Breakfast was alright. Dining area has mountain view

Amazing service from the staff. Convenient as it’s close to bus stops which is free of charge within Interlaken and easy enough to the main station (Interlaken Ost). Gorgeous view from the room and nice to have the breakfast included in the morning

The hotel is located in the center of Interlaken town. There is a super beautiful lawn next to the hotel. You can see the snow-capped mountains across the lawn. Breakfast is enjoyed while looking at the lawn and the snow-capped mountains. The interior of the hotel is also beautiful, the rooms are quite large, the service is also very good, and it has its own underground garage, which makes parking convenient.

The location of the hotel is really good. Walking out is the dreamy hillside, next to the train station, and walking up there is a small town supermarket and some small shops. It is also very close to the first Shandong cable car. Although it is a hotel that is more than 100 years old, the infrastructure is also super good, with everything it should have, and the breakfast is also very good.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

A hotel with a relatively high cost performance, with invincible lake views. The lake is at the door. It's very close to Interlaken, and buses run every half an hour at the door. The room hardware condition is average, domestic three-star standard. The service is better, there is no supermarket around, you can have dinner at the hotel. Breakfast is ok, not the worst, and the waiter will reserve reserved seats. Slippers need to be requested at the front desk. Enjoying the scenery here is absolutely beautiful.

It’s a great place! The lake view rooms are perfect l, they are huge in size and have a small kitchenette as well. There is complementary breakfast which had some good stuff. It’s 20 mins away from interlaken center but we had a car so it was a good drive. I’d suggest staying here only if you have a car to drive around, otherwise it’s a bit secluded. Would stay here again!

Hotel service facilities and level in Switzerland are very good. Although this hotel is not in the town, the 64 bus stop is next to the hotel. It is very convenient to leave the town center 4 stops. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, and now it may be an off-season. The place is large, with Swiss meals and pizza. The breakfast is very rich, all facilities are very new, the quality is very good, not worse than some five-star hotels. Especially worth mentioning is the Ferrari Racing Museum and Aquarium below, which guests can enter at any time with their door cards. I am also drunk. Where the boss comes so much money, the ticket revenue alone will definitely not be able to maintain these cultural facilities.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.
