The car I received was exactly as I had booked. Although the interior wasn't the cleanest, it was ok. Since I'm a car lover, I washed it inside and out to make it look brand new. The staff at the car delivery and return service were excellent, and they even dropped me off at the airport on the last day of the trip. The car's performance was "excellent, safe, and extremely reliable." This experience will be remembered for a long time.

This is hands down the best way to see the Almaty region was renting a car. We had ours for 5 days and saw a huge amount of the area. Pickup was easily communicated before arrival and we were collected from the airport. Rental company was very helpful and provided everything we needed. The car itself was great.

A truly excellent experience. Loong offers superior service compared to other car rental companies, with little difference from domestic car rentals. 1. The company provides free airport pickup and drop-off services, making it unique among major car rental companies, aside from a few dealerships already at the airport. 2. There's no additional charge for after-hours pickups and returns, making Loong a truly unique company operating 24 hours a day. 3. Renters are notified immediately of traffic tickets, with the average wait time between infraction and notification from the company being two hours. 4. A communication team is staffed 24/7. 5. The communication team is bilingual in both Chinese and English. 6. Payment is settled upon return, eliminating the need for a security deposit or credit card authorization, as is the case with some major car rental companies, which require a security deposit and can take up to 30 days to settle. Returns by the original route are not supported, requiring only cross-border wire transfers.
