I received the vehicle very quickly; alternatives in the same category were offered when I picked it up. After using the vehicle for a while, I received an error message on the screen. When I contacted the company, they replaced it with a new vehicle within 39 minutes. Delivery took approximately 10 minutes. Communication and service were excellent.

Take a bus from LA airport to the rental car building. After the rental company counter staff verifies your driver's license information and prints the rental contract, you sign it and then go to the parking lot to pick up your car. Parking staff will guide you to the parking area and inform you that all the cars in the row are the same model and you can choose any one. When you leave the parking lot, staff will confirm your return method again. Returning the car at SD airport is convenient; staff will remind you not to forget your personal belongings. The car was in excellent condition.

The car was a Nissan Rogue with about 35,000 miles on it, and it was in excellent condition. I drove it over 1,000 miles in a week, and there were no issues at all. The return process was particularly smooth and prompt. The price seemed reasonable, and the $1 deposit was a nice touch. I also remember the friendly staff.
