Pick up and drop off was super simple and easy - just a few steps away from the airport entrance/exit. We booked the car for 10 days and had no issues. Would book again next time and recommend Bargain Car Rentals Hobart for anyone looking for a rental!

The employee immediately saw that the booking was made through TripCom. I purchased additional insurance through the company itself, as Tasmania is home to a lot of wild animals that try to get hit by cars. They even gave me a better car than I ordered. I highly recommend it!

The car was in good condition. The pick-up location was just a short walk from the airport, with several self-service kiosks. After you completed all the formalities, a staff member would bring you the key and show you how to get your car, which was very convenient. The shop opened at 7:00 AM, so there were staff available to assist even with early flights. To return the car, simply park it and hand the key to a nearby staff member; there were no documents to process.

The car was in good condition; the interior was clean, the paint was in good condition, the windshield wipers and washer fluid were plentiful, and the fuel gauge was accurate. However, the pedals on the MG they provided were a bit stiff; both the accelerator and brake required considerable pressure. Those accustomed to driving Japanese cars in China might find it difficult to adjust initially, but those who drive German cars in China should have no problem.
