Vehicle did the job but could have been better standard. Malta was hot and Aircon wasn't working and no response when trying to call. More concerning was the center screen going blank, warning lights and engine fault light

Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, but we were told that full coverage would cost an additional €130, on top of the €150 we had already paid. The price for a car of that caliber in this country is very high, and we think booking through TRIP was a mistake. We won't be using them again.
