Although it may not be their preferred activity, fundraising may not be as painful or intimidating as some board members may think. In reality only a small percentage of board members are truly qualified or should be expected to ask people for money, time or talent. The good news is there are many roles that board members can play which will enable them to strengthen their organization’s funding sustainability – and involve no soliciting. This session will acquaint participants with the different fundraising roles they can easily learn and actually enjoy. Key tasks including identifying funding prospects and stewarding relations with passionate donors are ones that anyone can perform and make a huge difference in the lives of the families and communities they serve. McMaster Childrens Hospital NICU - NRP Refresher Course This NRP Refresher course is an educational activity ONLY for McMaster Children's Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit HCP. Required Materials The course tuition does not include the textbook or the online exam fee. Please use the following links to purchase materials and to access the online exam: CPS NPR https://cps.ca/en/nrp-prn CPS NRP Advanced Online exam https://cps.ca/en/nrp-prn/online-examination CPS NRP Manual NRP textbook Pre Requisites Current member of the NICU team at McMaster Children's Hospital Pre-read the NRP textbook . Complete the online NRP exam within 30 days of the in-person course. Hold a valid NRP Advanced Course completion Certificate . If your certificate expired, you CAN NOT take the NRP-NICU course and need to take a NRP Advanced Provider course Bring a Paper Copy of your NRP Online Exam Certificate of Completion during course check-in SiROC Cancellation Policy The SiROC Cancellation Policy applies to this course. Requests for transfer, substitution, or refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please provide any documentation to support your request.
