Bom dia, venho por meio desta salientar que fiquei muito satisfeito com a rede Ibis Vitória Aeroporto e seus colaboradores, o qual, é uma equipe de excelência, em especial as atendentes Pollyane, Jhulia, Maria e Sandra, como também os colaboradores da cozinha José e Andressa, pelo alto grau de profissionalismo, dedicação e atenção para com os hóspedes, sendo assim exemplos a serem seguidos pelos seus pares, elevando e enaltecendo o nome da rede Ibis, sinônimo de profissionais que se destacam no que fazem!!! Parabéns Rede Ibis, por possuírem uma equipe de colaboradores de alto nível de profissionalismo.

The facilities are good, the food was not good, cold and of poor quality, the breakfast was very simple and had frozen fruits. At check out I did not obtain the NF for the service provided which outside of the consumer protection code, I used it, I paid and I have to receive my NF.

The Wi-Fi has not worked, even with a number of people complaining. The cold water from the dust cannot warm for nothing. The same complaint from several guests from other rooms. The telephone didn't work and when I had to talk with the reception I had to go down to go there. Old air conditioning and not freeze the whole room, and not offer lunch for sale as in other hotels. Whoever comes hungry after midnight will be hungry.
