Excellent
GGuest UserThe hotel reached out to confirm when we were leaving the airport as they are not staffed all times. We provided updates but there was some miscommunication when I said the shuttle bus arrived at the airport around 3 pm so she could gauge when we would get to Old Town. When we finally arrived in old town via the shuttle bus 40 minutes later and got to the hotel, Anamaria seemed a slight bit pass ag as she thought I meant the bus arrived at Old town and took longer than expected. Nethertheless she was there to give us the keys and we were able to get into the room.
There was no lift to the room so it makes luggage a bit difficult, but manageable. The room was modern but very marbly and was comfortable. At night the noise from the hallway was a bit loud on the first floor as the stairs creaks and there is extremely bright hallway lights coming into the room from the hallway. I suggest earplugs and night mask.
The location was incredible right in the heart of Old Town and checking out was very easy.
GGuest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our stay at Rooms Posat. The location is unbeatable, just across the street from the old town entrance, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She helped us make dinner reservations, considering the language barrier, and very responsive on the whatsapp. The room was clean and cozy, with a stunning view of the old town from the window. It is a fantastic choice if you're looking to stay close to the old town.
TTewbertWe spent 3 nights here. We arrived after dark but the walking directions on our phone got us there. It is located inside the old town and no cars are allowed. The driver dropped us off at the gate and we arrived about 10 minutes later. The hotel is hard to spot since it is located above a restaurant on a narrow alley. Regardless, we asked a few waiters and it all worked out. Our room was on the top floor meaning 2 heavy bags had to be carried up. The room was very nice and clean. There was no street noise from the restaurant at all. Church bells were the only thing that woke us a few mornings. The restaurant downstairs was excellent! We had one breakfast and two dinners there. Reservations are a great idea if not required. The staff was very friendly and helped make our stay even better. The location was an easy walk to all old town Dubrovnik had to offer. We would definitely stay again!
If you're travelling to Dubrovnik and stairs aren't your nemesis you couldn't stay in a better hotel. Armin welcomed us with the biggest smile and made sure we felt at home from the first moment we arrived and he carried our bags up to the room which made life much easier. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay, we were worried about street noise when we arrived although the window was open at the time and with it closed there wasn't a problem. The location is great, you're a couple of minutes walk from everything. The only issue could be the stairs you've got to deal with but that is the case with everything in Dubrovnik and should always be taken into account. When checking out if you've got to get your bags up any sort of Dubrovnik lane-ways I would recommend investing in one of the local luggage porter services.
Stayed for 4 nights at Home Sweet Home and had such a great time. The host was super nice all throughout our stay; letting us check in early, offering all sorts of advice and checking we were having a nice time when she saw us. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning over the Old Town and just a short (~10 mins or so) walk right down to the sea. The view does mean the apartment is a bit high but Uber’s are really cheap (24 kuna) from sea level. All sorts of nice little touches throughout the accomodation like bottled water in the fridge when we got here and full size shower gel in the bathroom. Highly reccomended!
GGuest UserWe were welcomed by a nice lady that showed us the appartement. It is a medium size apartment- one bedroom, with an beautiful seaview to Sunset beach. In the living room is a small kitchen with dishes, cutlery- to help you cooking something if you want to eat indoor. The sofa and the queen size bed are very comfortable. There is a plenty storing space- a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a boiler that gave instant hot water. The beach is reachable by the stairs situated on the left side of the building- 5 minutes. Getting back it is a little bit challenging- 160 steps. The bus station is very close, oposite the Sunset beach. Bus no 4 is for Old City.
GGuest UserWhat a beautiful little room in the heart of Old Town I’m Dubrovnik. I was a quick walk to everything. Every little detail was perfect. My stay started by meeting Aleta at check in. She was kind, funny and had great knowledge of the city and recommendations for me. The directions from check in to my little room were easy to follow. The room was up about 5 flights of stone stairs around the corner. The room was perfect, the amenities were great, everything was clean. And the check out experience was again perfect. They held my bags after check out so I could do a final kayaking tour. Aleta was there again when I was leaving and she went above and beyond again. They let me freshen up and shower they have for guests after check out, which was a great perk. The hotel was perfect and I can’t say enough good things about Aleta… she made my stay in Dubrovnik better with her kindness and recommendations. Thank you so much! I’ll be back.
WWhitehairThis place is a little out of the way but you can get the number 7 bus pretty close to it, then walk up the hill a bit. It has a great view from the terrace, if it's not too hot to be out there. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size, shower is in a bath.
The wifi was fast and the air-conditioning was a must for the hot weather.
This was a nice stay, no complaints.
