The rooms are located on the second floor of the bar, the decoration facilities are good, the cleaning is very clean, and the accommodation experience is OK. Although it is a bar, it is not very noisy at night. There will be some sound of vehicles passing by the room on the side of the road, but the impact is not big. The only downside is that there is no special lock-up room, and the cockroach is placed in the corner of the aisle without special care.

We arrived at Heathrow Airport very late. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a five-minute bus ride away. The soundproofing is also very good and not affected by the airport. The breakfast is ok and the service is thoughtful.

The hotel is located at Cambridge Railway Station. It takes less than a minute to get to the hotel after getting off the train station. If you want to take a taxi, you can go directly back to the train station and call the taxi waiting there. It is very convenient! The location is very good and the hotel is very newly decorated! The ingredients provided for breakfast are very fresh, but I feel that the cooking method still needs to be improved. Overall, the convenience is very high. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels in Cambridge!

I stayed in other Ibis hotels before, this is the first time I waited almost half an hour for the staff to activate the room card key, this was check in after midnight ... not sure if their online system is under maintenance or other reasons, three of their night staffs tried to help but not able to activate the card at the end. They use the master key card to open the room for me, but left me with no card to use if I left the room (going out for breakfast)...i ended up directly check out in the morning

The interior design of the hotel is small and cute, and it feels like it was renovated into a wealthy person's home decades ago. Just near Cambridge station, 7-10 minutes walk. The room was clean and tidy, and all the service staff were friendly. Breakfast is in the basement. The space is not big, but the taste is good. It is a 15-30 minute walk from the Cambridge College area and is a hotel worth staying at again. Within a 10-minute walk, there are restaurants one after another. Quite convenient

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞

The hotel needs to take a train from Cambridge. The train station is behind the hotel. My 14-year-old son has a round-trip ticket for a total of £7. The hotel is very convenient and not noisy! There is a large parking lot and a parking fee of 5 pounds is required! The hotel is very convenient for self-drivers. It is less than ten minutes drive to the Imperial War Museum IWM. Many planes and tanks during World War II and World War II are worth seeing!

The hotel is a very beautiful manor in the suburbs about 10km from Cambridge. There should be cows and sheep on the grassland in summer. I was attracted by other people's beautiful pictures when I made the reservation. After I checked in, I found it was really good, but I had to drive by myself and check in for free. It is the cheapest hotel for this trip. The location is not bad, but it takes nearly half an hour to walk from the train station. It is very convenient to go to various colleges and there are many supermarkets nearby. The hotel gave a room at the end of the promenade. The room was large. The window was a decorative painting. It was not a big problem to stay for one night. After all, the hotels in the UK could not open the window. Despite the slightly tired looking exterior, this is an excellent choice if you want a hotel in Cambridge, with parking, and walking distance to the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor but facing the rear and was very peaceful. The room is quite small but everything worked, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast, included in our package, was very very good. Plenty of choice and the cooked food was served on piping hot plates. Best of all, Jackie and Jan, the two wonderful ladies who served us. Actually they did more than serve, they made our breakfast memorable and warm. I hope these two ladies are well regarded by the hotel management, as we really want to return based upon their personal and very welcoming characters. Lovely, lovely ladies. In case you didn’t realise, we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. We have to thank Ctrip for staying in this hotel. We booked a hotel before, but we still couldn't check in after paying. Ctrip helped us find this Regent Hotel for free, and the check-in procedure went smoothly, which was much better than the hotel we booked before. Thanks to Ctrip again. 🙏🙏

This accommodation was excellent. for us.It was situated in a tiny village with only one local pub, which was ideal for us. Cambridge is only 10miles away. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The Lodge was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. A nice touch was a plate of fairy cakes and a jar of cookies to welcome you. There was also a jug of milk in the fridge. The bed was sublime. Extremely soft and comfortable. I normally only manage 3-4 hours sleep daily, but on our two night stay i slept right through both nights. Breakfast was a full English delivered to our door, and it was delicious. I can't recommend this place and it's host highly enough. If I'm visiting the area again Thorn House will definitely be my first choice.

We went for spa usage and facilities and was disappointed to find out swimming pool and spa were closed on Saturday @ 7pm. We then went around 8am on sunday only for one third of the swimming pool being closed for a few children’s swim class. The pool was already pretty small and it wasn’t as calm or relaxing any more as children were splashing etc. it’s a shame but I think the hotel needs to really allow longer hours for people to enjoy a more relaxed time in swimming pool for longer hours.
