Spacious property with a large tranquil garden. Five minute walk via Highcliffe Castle grounds to the beautiful Highcliffe Castle Beach (pet friendly all year). Easy flat walks via Steamer Point nature reserve (accessible path) or along Highcliffe beach to Avon Beach and Mudeford with their wide promenades, beach huts, sandy beaches, cafés and amenities. Highcliffe Golf Club five minute walk and The Oaks pub and the Lord Bute are just three minutes walk from the property. The New Forest is a five minute drive away.Deceptively large and spacious property suitable for eight guest with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Message me to discuss dates or rates other than is shown here. This property can be let as a two bedroom/2 bathroom (ground floor only) for a lower rate than listed out of the main season. A short flat easy walk from Highcliffe beach is Friars Cliff Beach, Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay. Enjoy the ever popular Noisy Lobster beachfront cafe/restaurant/shop, crabbing off the quay, fishing trips, paddle board and water sports hire and speed boat hire/rides. We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

Bayside is a ground floor. easy access, garden apartment with a sea view from the Garden, and on the edge of The New Forest. It was recently renovated to a high ‘Luxury Hotel Suite’ style standard. Absolutely everything looks like new! It's in the heart of Barton-on-Sea, just across the road from the path to the beach, the ‘Beachcomber Café’ and ‘Pebble Beach’ restaurant. The popular Cliff House bar, restaurant, hotel, with occasional live music etc., is about a 10 minute walk away, New Milton shops, restaurants etc., and railway station is only about 1 mile away.Bayside is a light, bright modern apartment with quality fittings. Fibre high speed (60 + mbps) wi-fi internet, with 2 x 32" LED Smart TV's with built-in DVD players, in both living room and bedroom. The kitchen area has a double ceramic hob, oven, sink, combi-microwave oven and good size fridge freezer. Nespresso Coffee machine. 1 luxury bedroom with double bed, bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe.
