The location is ideal to get to T5 Heathrow Terminal using the POD transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and there seem to be lots of parties happening. The bar is a sports bar and you can enjoy drinks and food. The corridors are very long. The hotel furniture and interior are a bit outdated, but for a short stay it's ok.

I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person) The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel.  Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable. The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels) I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice.

We booked premier in to check it out as we usually stay in Travelodge. We booked an accessible room in error, but it was great. Very spacious and had a great view of the runway. We did not have any noise from the planes at all. The meals were good and reasonable price. The staff were all great, really helpful throughout and everyone was happy and friendly. We will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again. It has great access to all terminals in Heathrow airport and also going to London.
