We just had an overnight stay but everything went swimmingly. Smooth, friendly chech in; lovely room with good space, two comfy arm chairs and a good view, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Parking was easy. Nice restaurant with good choice of menu. Chef clearly respects his vegetables. Exceeded expectations.

This is a lovely first floor apartment in a Victorian town house only minutes from the promenade, pier and shops. We’ve just completed the renovation work and are proud of what we have created. Brand new double glazing, gas central heating, modern bathroom, kitchen area and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have zip link beds with the master usually set up as a huge super king sized bed and the second bedroom set out as two twin beds. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, mirror and vanity sink unit. The open plan lounge/kitchen has a fully fitted kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge area has a 50” HD smart tv with sky tv and wifi around the apartment. There are 2 comfortable two seater sofas and in the large bay window is situated a dining table with splendid views towards the Great Orme. The service is very good. There are disposable paper cups. You can also store your luggage for free. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic. It is less than ten minutes' walk from the train station. The beach is right outside the hotel and it is close to all the attractions.

The hotel was easy to find and we were lucky to find parking near the hotel. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was clean and newly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fan and a large window that opened onto an out side staircase. The view was of the car park and buildings. The hotel also had a nice bar. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. I would only complain about the lack of wifi in the room.

I believe the hotel has recently changed hands and is now called The Seafront Hotel. Had seen some poor reviews so wasn't sure what to expect. Situated in a great location for Venue Cymru. The hotel is tired and dated but it was evident improvements were being made in the bar/dining areas. Also our room had an updated shower cubicle and overall it was very clean. Found all the staff pleasant and friendly. We were expecting to have something to eat before going to the theatre but they are only offering breakfast at the moment. Wasn't a problem though as Dylan's was a two minute walk away. Recommended by the receptionist and it didn't disappoint. Overnight the room was very warm but manageable. Breakfast was very nice and there was both continental or cooked. For the price I paid for my daughter and I we thought it was very reasonable.

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

Booked last minute, had a Seaview room which was a bonus and made our trip. Service slow in bar, got two bottles of white which were only just chilled but the night porter was an absolute angel. Good location and not far to walk to pubs and bars. Parking outside is limited but cheap after 6pm-10am at 20p for 16 hours.

I especially like the breakfast here. The variety is rich. The British hot meal is now made. The sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs are delicious and I look forward to it every morning. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

With very, very good staff, the room facilities may be a bit aging, timely feedback can get prompt service, such as a short time can not solve the situation will help change the room. The network signal in the room will be weak (there will be Wi-Fi/traffic difficulties, which is caused by the problem of the building itself, the network signal in the G floor is very good) Going out to the right is the beach. There are many restaurants on the left side street, of course, you can also eat in the hotel (the hotel is loved by local old people, there will be music activities at night (I don't know if it is fixed)

The room temperature cannot be adjusted. The biggest problem is that the water temperature is too cold. At first I thought it was broken and there was no hot water. After resetting the background, it was the same. The water temperature was completely unsuitable for taking a shower. In the end I gave up. Luckily I only stayed for one night.

Pros Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier. Negatives We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up. The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates.

The hotel is centrally located and can be reached from the train station within a few minutes on foot or by bus. The York Road bus stop is just a few meters away. The hotel itself is unfortunately showing its age and is in urgent need of renovation both inside and out. Creaking floors and the old charm can easily be overlooked, but the paint is peeling off the walls and wallpaper is loose. The reception area and the restaurant are clean, but the hallway to my room was not cleaned for the whole week. The room was also rather sparsely cleaned when we arrived; the previous occupant's toothpaste was still in the sink, the bathroom was full of mold and limescale, and the floor in the room had not been cleaned. The water only came out of the shower sparingly. The super nice person did his best, but I cannot in good conscience recommend the hotel.

Almost nothing I could complain on. The hotel kept the traditional design which I really wanted to experience in such a nice city at Llandudno. Welsh Breakfast, welsh accent reception, English is not my first language and all come to the feeling of travelling. Waking up with great sun and breeze, also seagulls partying. I did actually read about the history of this family business with a booklet they provided. All rooms come with a name and they honor each staff with their names and picture on it. Great Experience!
