My dad and I stayed at Bryn Y Don in Llandudno, and it was lovely! The location is spot-on—really close to the promenade and the pier and everything we wanted to see. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served right on time every morning, and it was tasty and fresh. Overall, very nice place to stay at.

We just had an overnight stay but everything went swimmingly. Smooth, friendly chech in; lovely room with good space, two comfy arm chairs and a good view, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. This is a lovely first floor apartment in a Victorian town house only minutes from the promenade, pier and shops. We’ve just completed the renovation work and are proud of what we have created. Brand new double glazing, gas central heating, modern bathroom, kitchen area and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have zip link beds with the master usually set up as a huge super king sized bed and the second bedroom set out as two twin beds. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, mirror and vanity sink unit. The open plan lounge/kitchen has a fully fitted kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge area has a 50” HD smart tv with sky tv and wifi around the apartment. There are 2 comfortable two seater sofas and in the large bay window is situated a dining table with splendid views towards the Great Orme. This hotel was good value for what was paid. I managed to get a free parking spot in front of the building, which was a bonus (parking behind the hotel is £6), and further up the street, paid street parking begins. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the pier, which was convenient. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. There was some scaffolding up right outside the window, which wasn’t ideal, but I was pleasantly surprised to get an ocean view for the price. The only real issue was the shower, which was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, swinging between too hot and too cold, though there were warning signs. Overall, a solid budget option.

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

The hotel was easy to find and we were lucky to find parking near the hotel. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was clean and newly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fan and a large window that opened onto an out side staircase. The view was of the car park and buildings. The hotel also had a nice bar. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. I would only complain about the lack of wifi in the room.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

Want to score 100 points, but unfortunately the full score is 5 points, it is undoubtedly my best travel experience hotel of the year. The hotel is run by a very friendly Chinese, who have ample parking, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. We arrived late and were fortunate to upgrade the room. The owner enthusiastically helped with the luggage and helped us process the food. My God, we really experienced being served! I would highly recommend my friends and the majority of netizens to book this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The room temperature cannot be adjusted. The biggest problem is that the water temperature is too cold. At first I thought it was broken and there was no hot water. After resetting the background, it was the same. The water temperature was completely unsuitable for taking a shower. In the end I gave up. Luckily I only stayed for one night.

Pros Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier. Negatives We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up. The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates.

The hotel is centrally located and can be reached from the train station within a few minutes on foot or by bus. The York Road bus stop is just a few meters away. The hotel itself is unfortunately showing its age and is in urgent need of renovation both inside and out. Creaking floors and the old charm can easily be overlooked, but the paint is peeling off the walls and wallpaper is loose. The reception area and the restaurant are clean, but the hallway to my room was not cleaned for the whole week. The room was also rather sparsely cleaned when we arrived; the previous occupant's toothpaste was still in the sink, the bathroom was full of mold and limescale, and the floor in the room had not been cleaned. The water only came out of the shower sparingly. The super nice person did his best, but I cannot in good conscience recommend the hotel.

Almost nothing I could complain on. The hotel kept the traditional design which I really wanted to experience in such a nice city at Llandudno. Welsh Breakfast, welsh accent reception, English is not my first language and all come to the feeling of travelling. Waking up with great sun and breeze, also seagulls partying. I did actually read about the history of this family business with a booklet they provided. All rooms come with a name and they honor each staff with their names and picture on it. Great Experience!
