Read the reviews previous to booking and completely as described. Owners were a pleasure to talk to, the property was a lovely building typical of Llandudno high end properties and the breakfast was easily the best we’ve ever had. Recommend this property and owners highly and will visit again. Thank you Roy and Jose.

Spot on place, Jose & I think Roy were the owners, great people, brilliant breakfast, great location, free street parking outside the property.
Mostyn room I stayed in, feel was room number 10, brilliant room, really comfy bed, good shower, no complaints at all.

The building is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was up 4 flights of steep stairs and although immaculate it was in need of a bit of attention. It was clean but not what we expected.

Most enjoyable stay room very clean good breakfast & host very obliging, would recommend as place to stay & close to beach & all shops also easy to visit snowdonia national park, good road access to all areas
