The location was perfect for my conference and walking distance to the city centre (about 15 mins). The breakfast is decent and there are snacks and drinks available as well.

|4.63km from city centreThia place is an hidden gem. Once you get over the access to the building etc I could not fault the apartment. It is clean modern and had everything I required for my stay. The woman on reception wss patient whilst I got to grips with the front door code.
Car park is small but I managed to get a space. I would recommend Naps Inn great value for money.

We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough).
Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby.
Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door.
Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding).
Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

|1.21km from city centreThe hotel is centrally located in the city centre about 20 mins walk from the New Street railway station. Just next to Chinatown and the famous open and indoor market in Birmingham. The coach station is just 5 mins walk from the hotel.
The kitchen and all the facilities in the room is good. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. My microwave was out of order one day and they replaced it in just 5 mins time. Really excellent and will definitely come back again.

Easy check in and out. Hotel has a luggage area so on check out we managed to stroll around comfortably. Friendly staff like Elsa. Good breakfast. I love the vegetarian sausages and the cute, soft little pancakes. Coffee is important for me so I loved that they have 3 coffee machines so no long queue! The reception area has a very nice smell. I want to buy the air freshener they use☺️ Clean room with a very nice view. Had a good stay except that some nearby guests would rather close their doors so loudly that it disrupted my sleep. I just wish people could be a bit respectful.

You can hear everything happening in the room next door including what they are watching on television and sleep noises. V had Netflix and prime also YouTube. Out of all the hotels I have stayed I would rate it 6/10 because it's convenient and when you leave your 2 minutes away from thr train station. Wasn't pleased as it wasn't serving breakfast as renovating the restaurant.

When we entered the room, there was an armchair with a base for our child. However, it was neither prepared as a bed, nor a sheet, a pillow, etc. We had to make the bed ourselves and use the towels as sheets.

This hotel is to take the airport light rail for three minutes, then get off the train for ten minutes to walk through the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is about five minutes walk. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Finally, the check-out of this hotel is not to check the room, the room card can go directly to the front desk.

|1.37km from city centreIt wasn't our first visit to a hotel from a Malmaison chain and safe to say the experience didn't disappoint. The hotel is positioned very centrally and everything you need is at most 10 minutes walk away. Unlike other Malmaison hotels we have visited this one also offers spa and gym facilities which are open for the hotel guests and although we haven't had a chance to make use of them they did look nice and we will make sure to book a much longer stay to enjoy these facilities in the future.
Breakfast as always didn't disappoint and is highly recommended. Same goes to the bar area which is very nicely design allowing the guests to enjoy a nice drink in the evening.
