Car park is small but I managed to get a space. I would recommend Naps Inn great value for money.

We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough).
Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby.
Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door.
Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding).
Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

The kitchen and all the facilities in the room is good. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. My microwave was out of order one day and they replaced it in just 5 mins time. Really excellent and will definitely come back again.

|1.91km from city centreThe hotel is located in prime place where there are many pubs around. Though our room is on 6th floor, It is quite noisy at night and we barely slept due to the traffic and honking horns at 3:30am, People fighting and yelling at the top of their voice.
It is weird that this hotel has partition between the toilet with no wash basin and the bath tub, Felt very unhygienic. The air conditioning is not efficient, when complained to the reception, they are kind enough to send us a fan which made it easier to sleep.
The staff is perfect and their service is excellent.

Easy check in and out. Hotel has a luggage area so on check out we managed to stroll around comfortably. Friendly staff like Elsa. Good breakfast. I love the vegetarian sausages and the cute, soft little pancakes. Coffee is important for me so I loved that they have 3 coffee machines so no long queue! The reception area has a very nice smell. I want to buy the air freshener they use☺️ Clean room with a very nice view. Had a good stay except that some nearby guests would rather close their doors so loudly that it disrupted my sleep. I just wish people could be a bit respectful.

You can hear everything happening in the room next door including what they are watching on television and sleep noises. Room was spacious.
Bed was made from two single beds ,mattress was horrible, got a backache, it wasn’t comfy at all. Pillows were flat couldn’t even feel anything under your head.
No intercom in the room have to go down all the way down in order to ask something.
No toiletries other than 2 small soaps and one tiny bottle of shampoo,
Dogs barking in other room all night. People having laughs next door. And can hear every single discussion they were having 😒
Definitely no sound proofing.

When we entered the room, there was an armchair with a base for our child. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Rooms very clean and well stocked
We had to turn the room ventilation/heating off as it was warm enough for us
Great location for us - we were attending a women’s football game at Aston which was a 30 minute walk away.
Lots of eateries over the way.
The only negative I can comment on was the fact the road sign was not lit so we missed the turn off as it’s tucked down a little slip road.
We had a good stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.
