The stay was wonderful and was walking distance to Fira's main square. Just knocked off a point because never in my life in all 30+ countries ive travelled have i ever been asked to give a tip when checking out. Very odd and inappropriate. Tipping should be a quiet option on a receipt or card machine but point blank asking 'Would you like to give us a tip' as a separate transaction after we've already paid for our stay is ridiculous.

We booked a room with a private pool, but the pool was filthy and unusable. After reporting it to the front desk, they only gave it a token clean, but it still didn't work, covered in body oil. The room was filthy, with drink stains on the floor and black gunk all over the bathroom drain. We arrived late due to a flight delay, and the front desk was extremely rude. During the introduction, their tone was full of complaints and impatience, questioning whether we even knew it was midnight. Furthermore, they were racist. It's a complete rip-off. Run as far away as possible.

Suitable for a family of four, the two rooms are independent and very spacious. The room downstairs is slightly smaller~
The room is very new!
It's very close to the station when you go out.
Moving boxes is a bit laborious for this room type, as there are many stairs!
The hygiene is very good, and the cleaning lady is very serious. Before leaving, she even discovered our Invisalign ~ a life saver!
The girl with eyes in the restaurant is also quite enthusiastic ~ a little unfamiliar
There are a little less choices for breakfast, but it’s enough!
If I have to talk about a shortcoming, it is that there are no dental appliances! Fortunately, I brought my own!

Hotel close to town
This hotel was within walking distance to town and all of its restaurants. The staff were so attentive and friendly. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a view from my room which faced an old seedy hotel which was a real eye sore. The rooms were modern and clean. If your looking for a view when your in Santorini this is not place for you, unless you get a room with a seaside view. The staff really made a difference to make my stay more pleasant.

This hotel overall has good location, is convenient and walkable distance for mini mart , restaurants and cafe. The central square and bus station is 6-7 mins walk from hotel. The pool was great. Breakfast was good. But was told that they don’t send breakfast by the pool which was advertised on ******* (picture shown with breakfast by the pool) maybe false advertising? I dunno , and this was one of the reason I choose this hotel. But oh well, is all good. They provided a glass bottle for free water refills by the restaurant but only available when the reception is open, you just don’t know when they will close at night. Last but not least, although the reception was not open all the time but when you call them they will try to solve your problem or issue immediately. Overall is a nice hotel.
