The staff were polite, humble and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The Airport shuttle transfer was on time.

We stayed here for over a week and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the food, the chef is amazing! Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommend this hotel!

Spent eight days at the hotel & the service was exceptional from start to finish, truly deserving 5 stars. Special thanks to Endasha for a smooth and easy checkout and to Mahlet, whose local recommendations helped us make the most of our time in Ethiopia. Our room was spotless and the thoughtful touch of flowers and balloons from housekeeping made our stay even more memorable. The hospitality at Stay Easy Plus was outstanding. The General Manager ensured all our needs, including late checkout and airport transfer, were taken care of. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. With excellent services and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ethiopia. 👏🏾👏🏾 kudos to the entire team

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, from a service and hospitality perspective. Convenient location, great value for money, and super clean rooms. The staff members are welcoming, kind, respectful, and many other great adjectives. I would like to personally acknowledge the following members for their efforts and hospitality: Mahlet, Kalkidan, Samrawit, Genemo, and Endashaw. The general manager, Maza, is great too, and always takes time to talk to all guests during breakfast to see how their stay is and solve any issues. ~Jonathan

We loved the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, our room was very comfortable. We looked forward to breakfast on the terrace every morning, Big thanks to all the team, especially front office manager Mahlet . Definitely going back to stay easy plus hotel!
