We had to change rooms because of cigarette smells and had key card problems. Most staff members were good and accommodating; however, there was an issue with one staff member during checkout, including miscommunication around payment. Overall, the hotel needs improvements in safety, room management, and communication."

Return airport shuttle was good, but the pick up made me wait a very long time, but the drivers is actually work 24 hours. Shower water is OK, it could be warmer sooner. Staff are excellent, when I left I then gave every worker a tip because they were just excellent. The staff were always smiling. Thank you."

I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. The wifi is ok but could be better"
