4-Star Hotels in Addis Ababa

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. We were especially impressed by the team who served us breakfast and provided room service. The women, including Melat, were incredibly kind and friendly — starting our mornings with her bright smile truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Good stay at the hotel, excellent service, the team was amazing. Only issues were a blocked road to the hotel, the windows aren't sound proofed so one hears much of the noise from outside, no proper aeration in the room when windows are closed, the water plumbing system needs an upgrade as I could smell the dust in the water and also I got severe neck pain from the thin pillows! I'm rating it highly because the staff were wonderful

The hotel facilities and environment are pretty good in Ethiopia. I stayed in a twin room with my colleagues from the company. It felt similar to the 200-yuan express hotel in China. Laundry was very cheap. The front desk and cleaning staff were quite enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. The security staff were also very enthusiastic. But you could hear the barking of the dog in the bungalow next door at night. Haha. There is free airport pick-up and drop-off service. Overall, I can give it 80 points

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home when I arrived. One of the best features is its convenient location near various Western restaurants, making dining out easy. Additionally, the hotel offers a free bus service to the airport, which is a significant plus. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large eating area was another highlight, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The menu options were diverse, catering to various tastes.

It is better than I have expected. The hotel is new, rooms are nice and clean. Free shuttle to airport. But there are some disadvantages: - location is not good - there are no gym, spa or swimming pool - late check out after 6 was not possible even after we paid extra (half of the daily cost)

We stayed for one night for our layover. It was a good stay close to the airport And was off the main road, which was nice but also was on a random back road. The room was clean, but was kind of small/crowded. The gym and sauna were nice. Breakfast was mediocre, Mainly Ethiopian food, but you could order omelets which was nice.

I am very satisfied. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good.

Ethiopian Skylight In-Terminal is a five-star hotel located directly inside Addis Ababa Bole International Airport’s Terminal 2, making it extremely convenient for transit passengers who want to rest without leaving the airport. It features modern rooms, a full-service restaurant, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. However, many rooms lack natural light because they face the terminal interior, which can make them feel enclosed, and guests have reported inconsistent service along with a slow or sometimes difficult check-in experience.
