The host was an amiable and hospitable lady. She welcomes you with warmth, and the staff also behaves respectfully. The guesthouse is beautifully designed, with eye-catching artwork in every corner. Our room was lovely and comfortable, but there were some shortcomings. It seems that the main light in the room was burnt out, making it dark at night. Additionally, there was no trash bin in the room and the toilet hose needed repair. The host has five adorable dogs, which is important to mention in the guesthouse description for those who may have sensitivities or fears of dogs. This information helps travelers decide whether to reserve a room, considering some people may be uncomfortable around dogs. You can experience local cuisine at this guesthouse. If you enjoy Ethiopian food, you will appreciate the offerings. A supermarket is nearby, and you can use the kitchen facilities to prepare your meals. Please note that hot water is not readily available. You'll need to inform the staff to heat the water, and it takes at least two hours for it to warm up.

Great hotel with plenty of amenities. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Addis.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The location is close, but not walking distance to the Maskel square, so you can take tram. They offered me a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful.

The room is quite old. Although it can be seen that it was a good hotel in the past, the management is not keeping up now. The towels are already black and are still in use. Other places are also quite shabby. The location of the hotel is good

The location and aminities were great but the office staff need training interms of giving consistent information, they claimed that I had one reservation when I had two they insisted that I paid for one room when I paid for two and requested that I send them a picture of my credit card! Which is borderline suspicious.

I booked for my Mom and, prior to her arrival, the hotel was prompt to reply to my WhatsApp messages and to be added to a group with my mom for arrival arrangements since my mom doesn't speak English much. Everything was handled very well, they were very flexible to help us extend the stay and my mom said she was happy with their service. Also very well located she said, close to the airport. Very clean, close to many restaurants. 24 food service, it could be a bit quicker. Price was good. Return airport shuttle was good, but the pick up made me wait a very long time, but the drivers is actually work 24 hours. Shower water is OK, it could be warmer sooner. Staff are excellent, when I left I then gave every worker a tip because they were just excellent. The staff were always smiling. Thank you.

Cheers bed& breakfast was a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great value and comfort!

Ok for one night but the club music from outside went on very late so if you are light sleeper not going tot be great. The location is great and it’s clean but there was no towel provided which was the downside.

The front desk clerk and the boss were very welcoming. Since we didn't speak the same language, the clerk spoke very good English and helped us explain in detail to the driver where we were going, making us feel like family!
