I recently had the misfortune of staying at Atlas International Hotel Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. My three days at this hotel were nothing short of a disaster. From unclean pillows and beedsheets to a laundry service that bordered on destructive, topped off with security concerns and an unauthorized room change, this hotel has a long way to go before it can be considered a reputable place to stay. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and basic guest satisfaction.

Very poor stay due to the hygiene of the bathroom, we had found a ball of hair in the bathtub as soon as we arrived. We had no hot water and no water pressure for 2 days, we couldn't shower. Bathtub leaking on first day, bathroom flooded. The bedding was comfortable, but there was no window insulation which made it very noisy and cold at night. We had asked twice to bring us toilet paper, we had to insist on having it. The breakfast is correct but there is practically only salty and soluble coffee (no real coffee). Positive points: bedding, clean sheets, bar service at the entrance and ironing. Fairly pleasant staff.
