We were very disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The room was not clean or comfortable, and the overall condition of the accommodation was poor and clearly neglected. It felt like the bare minimum was being done to maintain the place.
The worst part by far was the breakfast. It was shockingly bad – very limited options, poor quality food and found a warm in my food and items were not fresh. It felt like no thought or care had gone into it at all. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the atmosphere in the breakfast area was unwelcoming.
Overall, this stay was not enjoyable in the slightest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and we definitely will not be returning.

I recently stayed at Sables Dior and overall had a decent experience. The rooms were big and spacious with plenty of space to relax, which was a real plus. However, the rooms only had curtains instead of blinds, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated – the toilet and taps showed signs of rust, which took away from the overall comfort.
On the positive side, the service really stood out. Everyone working there was warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff, in particular, were fantastic – they were so kind and attentive, especially with the children, which made meals a really pleasant experience.
Overall, while the facilities could use some updates, the excellent service and friendliness of the staff made the stay enjoyable.

Wouldn’t recommend this to anybody, don’t let the photos deceive you. The room was fine for the price, and the reception staff were brill, but the workers at the cafe were absolutely horrific- mainly calling out Mr Lacouche. This man made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable the whole time we stayed, him and the other staff would stare and laugh at us, make comments about the way I sounded making us both feel alienated the whole time. Also not to mention that the food gave me food poisoning, resulting in me vomiting blood and being extremely unwell. Cannot stress for anyone to go to a more expensive option as the place was a dinge.

Everything is great here, the rooms are very spacious for a family of 5, the food is so good, receptionists helpful, the pool is great and spacious and would want to give a special thank you to the waiters at the restaurant making the experience even better.

It had a good view, good food; but was missing many amenities/ the condition of the amenities could be better, and service was slow by staff and could be a lot quicker, waiting hours for towels and other stuff is just too long, no room phone to call the reception or other services. Bathroom door lock/handle was not functioning properly and was stuck a few times. No glass/screen to stop water from spraying all over the place in the shower. Missing hair dryer in bathroom &/ sockets too, WiFi was on and off it would not work at times but would say your connected.

The rooms not too bad some of the staff were nice , Indoor pool according to the receptionist it was sold to private company and therefore not available for the hotel user so as the jacuzzi,the breakfast was horrible we stayed 6 nights but only struggled to eat twice.There was a kitchenette but you will not be able to cook anything ,no oven,toaster, microwave,coffee maker not even knives or bottles opener Rusted taps in kitchen and bathroom, There was no iron /ironing board, we had to ask for 3 days to receive only a faulty iron ,the marketing photos they use to list the property is fraudulent and the rating ? We did not receive bed linens and towels after asking for towels we were assured that we would receive them in literally 2 minutes we waited for 3 hours because there was no sun to dry them

Reasonable
Really liked the authentic, Moroccan feel of the apartment and it was huge. Sun/swim facilities were great, the room service was fantastic and remarkably cheap.
Just a few fixtures/fittings could do with updating, and the shower was very cold (ok after the beach, but not so good for morning showers).
