"It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out"

"AVOID IF YOU CAN! Stayed here from the 14th-17th and left absolutely disgusted as the room cleaner has decided to help themselves to my friends Christian Dior t-shirt. Beats by Dre earphones and the charging power bank! Hotel staff completely uninterested and unhelpful. BEWARE AND TAKE CAUTION WHEN STAYING HERE!!"

"The room was very bad. The hotel staff entered the room to steal. The hotel retrieved the records of entering the room. The staff entered the room once at 8:37 in the morning. We were sleeping at the time and didn't know she came in. The explanation given by the hotel was that they would check the room every morning. I wanted to ask what she was going to check at 8:30 when everyone was sleeping. Then we went down to have breakfast at 9:43. The staff entered the room again at 9:46 and didn't clean any hygiene or change bath products for us that day. What did she go in for? The answer was obvious. The most outrageous thing was that we were going out to play again the next day, but due to personal problems, I stayed in the room for a short rest, and my friend left first. Then, after just cleaning, a staff member swiped his card to enter my room. After seeing me, he said he came to change towels. The key point was that she didn't change towels and left. The hotel also continued to cover up and said that they would check again. It was really funny. Later, I confronted the hotel and they asked me why I didn't put these things in the safe? It's really outrageous. Don't stay in this hotel!"

"The hotel needs renovation. They also need to provide hair dryers and air conditioning. Plus, the Anzhe bars should be working. In room 3223, the door handle is completely missing."

Borjs Hotel Suites & Spa

"Lovely staff, so helpful. Breakfast was fine, small but most bases covered! Bed was comfortable and shower good. I got a super cheap deal, and would agree that it’s more three than four star, but the food available is excellent and pool area well maintained. The rest of the hotel is a bit tired, scuffed tiles, layers of peeling paint on floors and woodwork, and the spa is not a spa. You need to pay for access. There are treatments available and other than that there’s only a Hammam, and no sauna as advertised. It was pleasant enough, but broken, very dirty, tiny plastic white sliders provided (I asked for larger but they were adamant I had to wear the size 4 sandals on size 8 feet), dressing gowns yellow and frayed and the hammam itself is full of supermarket own brand products - and the plastic curtain to go in was reminiscent of entering an industrial fridge. If you’re looking for a spa hotel go elsewhere, but it was a pretty good hotel for the price. Taxis readily available outside. 10 mins to the beach, but very much on the outskirts, about £4/5 for a taxi to the marina. Same price to the Médina, which is lovely. Do confirm a price with drivers first, a couple tried to charge double. Overall fine for a few days - 4 stars because of staff and food."
