"The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing"

"We were disappointed with the room. The wardrobe shelf fell on my son because it was missing hooks. The kitchen is not functional, there is no glass, no plate, nothing ... the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling. We had no hot water in the evening. The welcome is warm, the breakfast is correct but it is better to have lunch outside."

"PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND IGNORED REVIEWS AND HOPED FOR THE BEST. THE BEST WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Save more money and pay more for elsewhere. The entire hotel is substandard and falling apart: from the rooms to the food, cleanliness, to customer service, to upkeep of facilities etc. The list is endless! We all had the runs and couldn’t shake off consistent smell of urine in our bedroom. Only positives are my kids enjoy swimming so they spent most time in the pool and the cleaning staff and some restaurant staff are nice and helpful! But please for your sake and the kids if you have any, think twice because you’ll get LESS than what you paid for."
