We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better.

Amazing hotel

Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

Very nice hotel, well located near a variety of shops and stores. It has a pretty nice restaurant on the rooftop too.

Location is great - walking distance to Taj Mahal on a road with sidewalk - and comfy beds. Bathroom is small and very old, shower is 1.7mts high so you have to bend to shower. The floor of the room is in a really bad shape. Breakfast is ok, but not worth the price difference. Even with the super low price, you have better choices around. I would not stay agai .

Good location. Awesome breakfast. Fantastic rooftop dinner cafe. Just the room need to be upgraded. Reception slow service.

Hotel is conveniently located about 500 meters from the Taj Mahal, within walking distance or a short Tuktuk drive. It has a few restaurants on its premises which is great because it offers some options. I might not stay as long next time but would recommend a short stay for convenience.

Convenient location, morning visited Taj Mahal and back to hotel to have some rest during afternoon hours again back to scenic areas.

Although the hotel is old, it has a great location and is very close to Taj Mahal. You can walk there in the early morning to watch the sunrise. The night service manager is very friendly and enthusiastic about solving problems, which makes people feel warm. If you don't mind the old facilities, this is a convenient accommodation option.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are like old stock. All the snow, the floor, the plumbing are very worn. Overall ok. There is a cool restaurant on the roof. Very tasty dishes. But, in the evening before leaving for Delhi we got food poisoning ((

The front desk was very friendly and it was within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to tourist sites such as Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, so I was happy with this hotel. There is a Chinese/Thai restaurant in the hotel, but I couldn't eat breakfast there because I had an early morning train...
