Location is good room is clean but bedding too old staff is helpful, pool is nice

Hotel is conveniently located about 500 meters from the Taj Mahal, within walking distance or a short Tuktuk drive. It has a few restaurants on its premises which is great because it offers some options. I might not stay as long next time but would recommend a short stay for convenience.

Convenient location, morning visited Taj Mahal and back to hotel to have some rest during afternoon hours again back to scenic areas.

The front desk was very friendly and it was within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to tourist sites such as Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, so I was happy with this hotel. There is a Chinese/Thai restaurant in the hotel, but I couldn't eat breakfast there because I had an early morning train...

It was easy to get around, as it was about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the Taj Mahal and a 15-minute taxi ride to Agra Cantt Station. The room was spacious and basic amenities such as a hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, lotion, soap, towels, etc. were provided, so there were no particular issues. I haven't stayed anywhere else, but I thought this hotel was good enough for a stay in Agra.

I stayed for one night, but it was less than 5,000 yen, so it was the best value for money! I arrived at 22:00, and there was a party, so I could hear the loud background music from the room, but I think it ended around midnight. In front of the hotel, there was an ice cream cart and a cart selling snacks until late at night. I was alone, but the trees in the small park-like space in front of the hotel were lit up and it was always bright, so it didn't seem dangerous to hang around after 1:00. The road was difficult to cross because of the high traffic fees. There didn't seem to be any convenience stores nearby. There was a cafe. There were also a lot of stray dogs. It was displayed as a 16-minute walk to the Taj Mahal, but it was almost 40 degrees that day, so Uber was safe. You can also leave your luggage for free after checking out. The person at the tour desk was a little cold, but he didn't seem to be a hotel employee. The male staff and especially the doormen were very kind. They gave me water after I checked out, and when I had trouble with Uber, many staff members came and called me and helped me kindly. If I come to Agra again, I would definitely like to stay here. This price is really a good deal for this quality!

The location is perfect, the structure of the hotel is very good, it has 03 restaurants, 01 bar on the terrace, 01 refreshment kiosk, shops, tourist agency, it is truly incredible. The service for the most part is excellent and very friendly, only at the hotel reception it leaves something to be desired. And, about cleaning the pool in addition to basic painting/renovations in the common areas, which hide the great beauty that is inside the hotel.

The staff was very kind, the location was within walking distance to the Taj Mahal (about 15 minutes), and there was a souvenir shop affiliated with His next door. There wasn't anything particularly close by, but I was able to purchase water and snacks at a nearby store. I think the Taj Mahal is the main attraction when visiting Agra, so it would be convenient to stay here. I wanted to see the sunrise and went out early in the morning when it was still dark, so I was afraid to walk, so I used an Uber taxi, but I was able to hail one right away, and it was a convenient place for public transportation with plenty of taxis nearby! However, there were no tissues in the room and the shower holder was broken. The inside of the room is clean◎

I was told that the plan I applied for was not available, so after contacting trip.com's customer support chat, I was able to use the benefit safely! Please be careful if you make a reservation with a plan that includes breakfast + lunch or dinner. I also recommend this hotel for those going to the Taj Mahal as it is about 10 to 15 minutes away by liquid.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

The Room was clean and luxurious with a good view. pool view was serene and pretty and it was clean too. Food at Bercos and for breakfast was really tasty but Qairo specially crossed my expectations, the food was top notch. staff & service everything is Amazing and of great quality.✨ A must visit place if you’re in or around Agra!

The breakfast I had this morning was very very nice. The service from the staff was great they made sure I had plenty of food on my plate and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Mansi was exceptionaly good! Definitely recommend anyone who wants to have breakfast at this place. Number 1 in Agra … maybe even in India!
