very good hotel

It is relatively remote, but the environment is good, the sanitation is good, there is no public transportation, the service attitude of the store staff is okay, the seafood in the hotel restaurant is very good, but the price is a bit expensive.

Nice hotel, the scenery on the mountain is very good, and the breakfast is delicious. The room facilities are okay and clean. I had a good night's sleep. All in all, it's a good hotel.

Lovely hotel super friendly staff easy to reach and luxurious nice clean rooms like the entire hotel. RECOMMENDED

A little outside the population centers but quickly reachable. Parking available for guests. Decently spacious rooms. Bathroom a little small but functional Decent breakfast and services

All in all ok

The only regret is that the traffic is inconvenient. We didn't rent a car and it was really hard to get around. The bus had to run every hour. The supermarkets and restaurants were far away, so we couldn't go to Como Lake and the city center of Milan. Most of the time was in Stay at the hotel.

The room is comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The hotel, in general, is in need of a paint job. Appearance of little abandoned.

Extraordinary view, and impeccable cleanliness! On the other hand, it is specified multilingual staff, no one speaks French, and some hostesses even have trouble speaking English.. photos slightly misleading because indeed we did not have bathrobes (it's a detail, but for a 4 * it's a bit limited) Sauna "out of service", 3 machines in the gym .. a bit limited also for a 4 *! The restaurant you have to like fish because … there is only that on the menu. The breakfast, the morning staff is frankly not pleasant .. that being said the buffet remains correct but without much choice while its price remains high .. (27th for two for 3matins). In my opinion it remains a good hotel for passing through but not for staying several nights.

Rooms big enough. Very small shower! Typical Italian breakfast with lazy service staff. Good value for money.

- Surprisingly the whole building aircon was switched off... Had to open windows to get some air circulation... Staff's were friendly... - Very close to all facilities.. Was diving hence not a problem.
