My parents weren’t allowed to have access to the breakfast room despite having booked it and paid for it. They were asked to pay for it a 2nd time which doesn’t make sense It’s the first time I have seen this in a hotel and probably the last. This experience alone deserve a bad rating but the rest wasn’t bad.

Overall the hotel is a 8/10. I enjoyed staying here.

I stayed for one night. rooms are neat and clean and provided with all necessary plus luxurious facilities. The people at front door service are quite welcoming and friendly. Peaceful surrounding and environment is always my first choice while selecting hotel, and I spent quite peaceful night in this hotel.

Just looking at the pictures of the hotel made me look forward to staying here (mostly for the bath), but the quick check in and the room made the stay even more enjoyable. Of course, I had a bubble bath each day and the room itself was so nice and spacious, that I could work out in there. I didn’t have to though as the gym has pretty much every machine you could need as well as a pool (I didn’t swim in it though). What I didn’t know before arriving was that there is a convenience store on the first floor. Definitely a lifesaver since it was hot when I stayed and I liked to stock up on water (that I could place in the hotel room fridge) as well as buy some snacks, iced coffee and cup noodles (just in case).

Great location and services, staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will go above and beyond to fulfill your needs: laundry, transport, etc. The housekeeping lady is very thoughtful and willing to help. I forgot my stuff in the room after checking out, and the reception staff Vera managed to help posting my thing to my place. Very much appreciated.

Decent hotel in a decent location. Cheap and comfortable. Staff were helpful when needed.

Great hotel! Loved staying here as a staycation. Love there's a bathtub and shower in bathroom. View was great. Service could be a bit better, due to miscommunication. Probably will stay again due to location near railway station.

I traveled to Wuhan on May Day. I was not satisfied with the hotel I booked on the first day. I changed to this hotel. I arrived early and the front desk upgraded it considerately. It was a very satisfying encounter. All aspects of the hotel are good and cost-effective. The room is large, well-lit, clean and tidy, spacious and a**ospheric. In addition to the common breakfast, there are Wuhan-style hot dry noodles, eggnog and bean skin. I wanted to try the hotel's crayfish set meal in the evening, but the waiter said it was not yet available. He recommended us to go to the Jingjing steamed shrimp in Wansongyuan, a food street that locals love to go to. You can queue up on your mobile phone. It is really delicious. There is also a Zui Deyi near the hotel, which is also worth a try; in terms of service, the front desk and the cleaning aunt are very good, responsive, and the receptionist at the door is also very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to help with luggage and open the car door. I also want to praise Manager No. 68 for his good service. In terms of travel, the hotel is only a few minutes away from Line 2 by bike, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. In a word, I will stay here next time I come to Wuhan.
