I'm fussy with hotels and would it usually book 4 star to avoid disappointment. With this break, I was joining a friend for his 2nd week. The hotel room was great. Nice and big, 1 x bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and spacious living area. The only negative was the beds were not comfortable and I did a bit of moving around to make sure I could get some sleep. The staff team a helpful and friendly, we had issues with the TV connecting to Netflix. It took several phone calls before she got the information she needed, but she was persistent and determined to fix the issue, which she did. Another big plus which you rarely see in holiday apartments was a washing machine. I didn't use it, but if I was here for longer it would have saved bringing extra clothes. The grounds and pool area are lovely, I would think it would be ideal for young families. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book it in the future. Well done Natura

A nice aparthotel in a great location. The rooms are slightly dated, but all facilities worked fine and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff are very friendly. The swimming pool was nice and kept clean, it was very cold though!!! The bar area is modern and has a variety of drink and food selections. Be aware, on arrival the hotel asks for €200 security deposit Cash only. This was a shock and was extremely high in my opinion. This left us taking home €200 to the UK which we cannot spend. A much lower security deposit fee would be more appropriate. Overall, a nice stay but was disappointed with the high security deposit being cash only on arrival.

Stayed at the Natura for seven nights at the end of March. Great location, close to the “*****” , many restaurants and bars and supermarkets and about a ten minute walk to the ocean. Lovely self catering apartments, I was on the ground floor with a pool view. All areas are very clean. Staff are super friendly , the cafe / bar staff especially so. Bruno and Inti kept me supplied with crisps and nuts to go with my daily vinho rosé or two I had a very pleasant stay at the Natura , and would stay there again.

Returned from another visit to Natura Algarve. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. We had a pool view studio on the ground floor, had a room on the first floor for the first few nights as no ground floor available. The day we we moving to the ground floor they had the new room ready nice and early for us so it really didn't impact our day. Always clean and tidy both rooms and grounds. The studios are well equipped with all you could need, we love the fact there's a washing machine so we get all the holiday washing out of the way before we go home. The rooms are very dated and could do with a good refurbishment. Looked clean on first appearance however on closer inspection there was mould around the bottom of the bath panel and lots of dust and grime on the corners. The drains in the bathroom after use smelled awful. The patio doors were disgusting and made a terrible noise due to dirt/grit being stuck in them. The light switch to the bathroom was also faulty

We arrived on the 27th August late at night, the lady at reception was lovely we did have to pay a £200 pound deposit which was fine as we knew about it. We were given 126 which was opposite the top pool the apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. An added bonus of a washing machine. The apartment was cleaned every day apart from Sunday. The beds were a little hard but we managed with it. After reading previous reviews about noise we was worried, but we didn't have any issue with this at all. Everyone at the resort was respectful and quiet. The pool was lovely we never had an issue getting a sun bed. And most days there was some form of entertainment from 3pm. There was a mixed variety of guests. Serval family's a couple of single sex groups but again everyone was respectful of one another. The bar was well priced and the food was lovely. Everywhere was spotless. Natura was the perfect place for us it was out the way of the ***** but close enough to visit places we mainly used ubers to get around. We as a family had the most wonderful holiday and we will return again. We got our deposit back when we checked out :). Thank you for making our holiday as great one.

A very friendly club - my wife and I arrived late in the evening and once we arrived at our apartment, we found a note from the staff saying that they had put on the apartment heating for us and hoped the apartment was warm enough when we arrived. It was chilly outside so a warm apartment was most welcome which we thought was a nice gesture. The complex and apartment was clean & tidy and the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The complex was close to restaurants and bars (although some were closed due to the time of year). Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Currently staying here with family , booked for 3 but last min needed to add another adult on the day before travel and wasn't a problem to upgrade the room at such short notice. arrived late so check in was closed but super efficient in doing it over the auto phone outside . The duvets I found super soft . Service was amazing by staff . Friendly and helpful and efficient, especially before arrival over email. The outside areas were lovely and convenient. It was very quiet but we are staying out of peak seasons so understand it's not overly busy this time of year. Close to lots and buses regular and nearby . Would definitely stay again and recommend.
