Where do I start. Group of 10 staying June 2025. The WiFi in the hotel only worked if you were stood within 6ft of the router in reception, so make sure you've got a good data package. The beds were like sleeping on the stone table that Azlan got stabbed on in the narnia film. If you flushed the toilet at any point youd have a minimum wait of 3 hours before you had enough water pressure to have a (lukewarm at best) shower. The decor was incredibly outdated but in the 2 bedroom apartment number 401, there is a combination of 2 pieces of indestructible furniture in the lounge area. And when I say indestructible I mean it. No amount of 5 star frog splashes or peoples elbows from the top of the side table onto the dining table would cause any damage at all so your €100 damage waiver is as safe as houses in there! The pool area is simple, there isn't a single sun lounger in the entire hotel that isn't broken in some way, so my advice is to get a chair from the pool bar area. The pool bar by the way, incredible. The mother and daughter team running that are undoubtedly the highlight of any male groups stay. Relatively well priced and wonderful service with a smile. Only a 10 minute walk to the top of new town *****, and a 10 minute uber costing about €5 to the old town, so its in a good location. To summarise, if your looking at booking this for a stag do, hen do, girls holiday or lads holiday then this is absolutely the place for you. But if your looking at taking your wife and kids here, I would strongly recommend somewhere else.

The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy with a stunning pool and outdoor bar area, drinks were a good price and not too far from the main *****, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and pillows, the bar staff were superb. And the pool area was huge and immaculate

When we landed to the reception to check in, there was no record of my booking even on there system although I had already payed in full. Eventually after about half an hour we were given a key to our room. When we approached we noticed there was a big hole in the door and marks from a bar around the door so it was obvious it was broken into before, when we went into the room the room hadn’t been cleaned there was sand all over the floor , toys on the bed. We went back down to reception and we were given another room. In our new room there was also a hole in the door and obvious signs from the door frame that it had been broken into before. Room was a bit cleaner but still a dirty feel about it . My boyfriend was looking for a plug beside the bed to plug a charger into , he pulled the bed out from the wall and felt with his hands and he was absolutely lifted with an electrical shock !!! There was a live wire hanging out of the wall with no socket and our bed was up against it !!! We stuffed the hole in the door with paper and majority mornings we woke up the paper was gone from the hole , we had one towel each we asked for fresh towels and we wer told we wernt allowed any until day 3. Really would not recommend this place very bad vibes the anxiety was through the roof the hole stay

Appalling and not fit for habitation... Broken window in one of the bedrooms No lights in bedrooms No electricity in kitchen area Other sockets located behind cupboards Ants throughout apartment, kitchen counters, sinks, bathrooms etc. Bath stained and dirty Towels service not done (booking confirmation states 6 times per week) 1 of only 2 lifts out of order entire duration of stay No cleaning done and no brushes, pans so could even be done by guests Facilities mentioned are not included Address is not where you are, images are not where you stay Offered no support on the ground, for example in response to the fact there was no electricity in kitchen someone arrived checked the sockets and simply shrugged their shoulders and left.

my friend and i stayed there for the whole week, i really dont see why theres so many negative reviews? and to say this place should shut down is ridiculous and dramatic! you get what you pay for. Maybe it’s because we both didnt grow up in a castle and sleeping on money lol so we actually both thought this place was good enough to stay in. We will definitely be back, we havent got a bad thing to say👍🏻 all these people are clearly hard to please, next time pay extra money and stay somewhere luxurious if thats what your after. thank you for our experience we loved it
