"This hotel was fantastic. The retro look and attention to detail in the rooms made this hotel an enjoyable experience. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!"

The Querque Hotel Hotels in Albuquerque

The Querque Hotel

"I look for local hotels that are clean, friendly, and safe. The Querque hit all those requirements and then some. It is an older building, but we'll maintained and very clean. Every staff member i met was friendly and efficient, and when I met the manager I could see why. There were plenty of food options nearby, and I was able to uber anywhere I needed to go for $10-$20 depending on time and distance. I will definitely be returning when I am back in the area."

Best Western North I-25 Hotel

"The hotel is conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Free parking. The room is spacious. The soundproofing is good. The bathroom is poor. There are no curtains. The blinds are not completely blackout. The breakfast is OK. The bed and pillows are of poor quality. It is acceptable for one night."

"The problem I encountered was that, due to my itinerary, I had two bookings for different dates, but they were for three consecutive days. I sent two emails to the hotel informing them that I needed them to arrange for me to stay in the same room number for all three nights, but I didn't receive a reply. I checked in smoothly on the first night and confirmed with the front desk that I was staying for three nights. After entering the room, I found that the double bed was smaller than the picture. When I was about to wash up, I discovered that the bathtub drain was not working properly, as if it was clogged and the water couldn't drain. In the end, I had to use chopsticks to remove toilet paper and some hair from the drain hole. I don't think the hotel cleaning staff noticed this problem. The next day we went out, and the housekeeping staff mistakenly thought we were only staying one day. When we returned to our room that evening, we were shocked to find all our luggage gone. My husband went to the front desk to inquire, and thankfully nothing was missing. We felt the hotel hadn't done a proper double-check. Due to the New Mexico Balloon Festival, room rates had all increased to $210-230, making the actual room price completely unreasonable. They also didn't provide a shuttle bus to the festival, unlike some hotels. Furthermore, I booked in early July, and I received no response to my emails; I had to call to inquire. This hotel isn't suitable for people who don't speak English."

Tru by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25 ★★★
"The stay was great, the hotel was clean and up to date to how Tru hotels are. Check in was a little long because we had to hunt down someone to check in at 830pm. Breakfast was a little sub par as well, comparing it to all the other Tru hotels we have stayed. Overall I would stay again."
