Mountain View Hotels in Albuquerque

Great place. Good location. Comfortable. Excellent friendly staff

The room was very clean, the front desk service was very good, there was a parking lot for parking, the hotel was safe to swipe the card to enter the gate and the elevator, the fly in the ointment did not provide free mineral water, other Hilton hotel rooms provided free two bottles of mineral water

Good room size. Nice breakfast area and good selection

The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The parking lot is large, open-air and free. The room is large, but the decoration is rather old. The overall service is good. It is located on the outskirts of the city. There are many restaurants nearby and it is safe.

The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

The hotel decoration style is very good and very attentive, the room area is also relatively large, that is, I do not know how to distinguish the room type when booking, the room type feels in the annex building, looks like a motel from the outside, the window is the hotel parking lot, then the outside is high speed, a bit noisy , the room will be better in the main building

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot. It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good. Staff was great, food was fine and served fast. On the down side one two items: 1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh 2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

Nice hotel with a podium type lobb. Zhyra the hotel staff is very accomodating and provided a good service.
