The grounds and ****** were very nice. However, the music in the ****** was just a bit too loud. Heard someone else complain about that too. The hotel room was quiet, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Nice touches all around.

The parking lot is large, open-air and free. The room is large, but the decoration is rather old. The overall service is good. It is located on the outskirts of the city. There are many restaurants nearby and it is safe.

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot.
It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good.
Staff was great, food was fine and served fast.
On the down side one two items:
1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh
2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

Hotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room, hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used, although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

IIan ViversGreat place. Good location. Comfortable. Excellent friendly staff
JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.
DDiscoveryModeGood place for an overnight stay during our cross country road trip. Breakfast selection was great, offering moist omelettes and crispy bacon. If you’re looking for nearby food & drinks, check out 12th Street Tavern located 5mins walk from the hotel
GGANGThe location of the hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient, the free parking lot is large, and there is no reservation, the hotel breakfast is very good, the variety is rich, the elevator is very wide, and the experience is very good.
徐徐The hotel decoration style is very good and very attentive, the room area is also relatively large, that is, I do not know how to distinguish the room type when booking, the room type feels in the annex building, looks like a motel from the outside, the window is the hotel parking lot, then the outside is high speed, a bit noisy , the room will be better in the main building
GGuest UserThe hotel was amazing very respectful staff the room was amazing amenities were great aswell very close to many places to get food walking distance a small little minor discretion the door chain lock was broken but no biggie other than that I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again
GGuest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. It is really convenient for the airport. There are a few decent restaurant options nearby. I had to leave for the airport too early to avail myself of the shuttle service and the breakfast. I can attest that the breakfast is very good based upon my previous stay. The staff were courteous.
黄黄Can pick up and drop off, very close to the airport, free breakfast, great swimming pool, but unfortunately there is no swimsuit, the environment is very good, very nice! Choose directly! Very cost-effective!
