I booked this for a business trip, out of convenience to be able to walk to my office. Facilities were decent. I did not interact with hotel staff very much, but those interactions were pleasant. Room itself felt a bit dated, but served its purpose.

It's really an old castle, beautiful and mysterious, praise. Sanitation facilities are not good, but they are OK and hygienic. The room on the third floor is set, and the elevator is on the second floor. When I arrived at the hotel, the guy from the hotel helped to move to the 3rd floor, but when I checked out, the guy was off work. I saw the elderly waiter. I was sorry. I could move downstairs by myself. I had a lot of strength. It was not easy. 😅

Send your child to the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown, and choose this hotel. After more than half a month of experience, I feel very good, and at the same time, I also feel the friendliness and kindness of the American people to the Chinese people. Johnstown is not so convenient to get around by car. The hotel service staff kindly arranged for their colleagues' cars and said there was no charge. How can this be OK? Booked the hotel to catch the 6 o'clock in the morning. Check-in after 3 pm, the lady at the front desk was very kind and informed the details, and warmly invited us to taste the warm American cookies. The standard room is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, 2 bottles of bottled water and no microwave (available in the lobby). The bathroom is wet and dry and clean. The security check at Pittsburgh Airport started at 4 am, the hotel called early at 3 am, the shuttle bus departed at 3:30, and arrived at the airport at 3:45.

The location is great, there are many restaurants around and it's close to attractions. Parking is also convenient. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel. Self-parking costs $12 for one night.
