It was nice that they provided coffee and bakery in the morning. However, we got mischief that someone knocked our room and other room's doors and we heard noise from other rooms. Besides, Our room was gotten clean at daytime.

The room is quite large, located in a busy traffic area in Pittsburgh, may be slightly noisy at night, other things are fine. Parking needs to be parked in the parking building next door and paid separately.

Parking was too expensive. Free breakfast was not included so I think a microwave should be in each room to help with that.

The two problems with the property was that only one elevator was working and parking was expensive.

The elevators did not work at times had one elevator working all weekend for the entire hotel. Unfortunately stayed on the top floor so stairs were out. Staff didn’t seem to care or make accommodations. It was new year’s weekend so very crowded. One bright side valet was excellent. Probably won’t ever stay at the joinery again. This was our second stay that elevators were not working.

The property is decent with nice room for downtown region. However; the elevator issue needs to be fixed as one can be stranded for atleast 20 minutes given limited access. Area around can feel little unsafe

I called and was told that there would be no early check-in fee. When I arrived, I was charged an early check-in fee of approximately $50.
This is also the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in.
