What's good? Location near the airport, good breakfast, big room. What's not good? Rooms were not cleaned unless you ask for two consecutive days. Faulty flush and aircon not working at room 412

One of the worst hotel i have ever been on , the best part is the location it is 20 mins from airport . That’s it , i asked them for water bottle they denied they said they only can give 2 bottles and we cannot buy extra from them. They room smelled a lot .

The receptionist was helpful(Jake)He gave information and instructions in an easiest and simple way for me to understand.we enjoyed having breakfast every morning.the food in the restaurant was good and tasty.and we saw people fun at the bar and i think they were all having fun.if given a chance to visit kazakshtan again,i’ll be choosing grand erbil almaty for my stay.👍🤩😍 * language barrier was the only problem we encounter😶

Breakfast is luxurious, did not expect such amount for a budget hotel. However, for improvement, I advise to provide heating facilities for the food such as microwave oven. The location is far from the city center but the superb bus services provide seamless connectivity to the city center. The location is also close to the airport, accessible by bus number 33 and 41. The room service is also commendable, they did not forget to top-up my coffee, tea and sugar, and even replace my towels and clean the toilet. However, guests are to be reminded that they will enter your room to do those, even though you hanged the 'do not disturb' label on your door knob, which I think is not acceptable. The receptionist is not particularly friendly, never smile, but he can understand and speak english well. However, be mindful if you have some disputes and try to discuss with him, he may not entertain you or pretend not to understand you, which I found very rude.

Checking in was okay. Room was very hot and AC didn't work. Watering the shower wasn't warm enough and had no toilet paper. No phone in the room to contact reception. Neighbors were very loud and some furniture is broken in the room. Also floor in the room is super dirty and probably is not getting vacuumed and had weird spots. In conclusion, would onlu recommended only for it's close distance to airport ad nothing else.

Good service ample breakfast and good facilities near to airport

Good price and good restaurant. Comfortable bed but OMG it was CONSTANTLY noisy outside my room. I don't know if it was employees or guests or both but always yelling and banging. Got almost no sleep and too tired to do anything the next day! BTW many things that trip.com said about the room aren't true. No a/c, minibar, microwave, stair-free entrance, satellite, safe, etc.

We have chosen the hotel as we had next flight, the hotel is close to the airport. Hotel is not clean and AC was working not properly

Grand Erbil is the most best complex hotel in Almaty, Kazakhstan. There are very comfortable and clean rooms with the big windows, The restaurant with delicious Kazakhstan traditional foods, Turkish hamam and sauna with swimming pool, VIP karaoke rooms and night club. The best and good choice for recommend you dear friends

The rooms stink of cigarette smoke. Poor quality of service. Problems with Internet connection.

Location is good. Breakfast is excellent. It is very clean and tidy. But unfortunately the administration can help more in taxi order or currency exchange.

Didn't get blankets, reception was bad.

The first time I stayed in a so-called "four-star hotel", I was disappointed! The transportation is 𠕇There are many buses, but I don’t know how to use them because I don’t understand Kazakh! In addition to the free breakfast provided by the hotel, the facilities in the other rooms are too old. Even the water in the shower is too small to work. There is even a problem with the door, which has not been repaired. One day at around 4 pm, a waiter walked in without knocking and saw me. Running away in fear! This kind of "4-star" management is incredible! The receptionist was a man who was very bad at service and had a bad face as if he owed him money! Overall, only the "2-star" level really needs to be improved! As for the reasonable price, free breakfast is a bonus! I hope that next time I have the opportunity to stay, everything will be revamped to meet the standards!
