I booked the room for a visitor, the room was clean, however the bathroom was in bad condition, the tube leaking and the toilet cover broken. Hotel facilities are not well maintained

I enjoyed the location and the greens surrounding area very much.

Very good view of Mekong River from hotel balcony. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Walkable distance (30 mins or 1 to 4 kms) to City attractions and night market.

Awful 😭 1. A lot of things are broken 2. Everything are dirty 3. Aircon doesn’t chill 4. Breakfast in very dirty place 5. Gym is absolutely destroyed 6. Swimming pool is very dirty 7. Manager said sorry we under construction and rejected to make a refund)) funny This place is absolutely disabled to accept the guests. I’ve escaped of here and my advice to all keep a distance of this garbage hole.

Great for the Mekong River and sunset view. The hot water was not working. The air conditioner was not working properly, a bit hot during the day and very cold at dawn/early morning. If you have a tobacco allergy, please note that some guests were smoking on a non-smoking floor and in hotel restrooms

Nice & clean facilities. Front desk was very helpful. Not a fan of the $100 security deposit but I understand. Always double check your room(s) for previous damage(s) as it may count against your security deposit. My room had a sofa seat that had one of the 4 legs damaged and my brother-in-law's room had one of the sofa seat with a dirty stain so please be very advised. We had it reported so it wouldn't count against us. Morning breakfast was good. Loved the variety of food choices. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we wouldn't mind staying here again.

The location is not great, and it is a hotel used by Chinese tourist groups. The facilities are old and dusty, and the breakfast is a mess made by Chinese people.... I don't want to talk about this hotel anymore.

The facilities are a bit old, and the bed feels full of mites. But the service is really good.

Large room with Mekong River view

The room and the staff at the counter were very kind. Unfortunately, I couldn't exchange money. The breakfast was delicious. The taxi fare to the airport was expensive (1.6 times the price of coming to the hotel).
